"You're up early." Francesca said as she entered the kitchen.

"I had a hard time sleeping last night." I mumbled as I held my cup of tea.

"Tea and not coffee?"

"I'm anxious. Coffee makes it worse."

"What's up?"

"I think I overreacted with something with Awsten..." I looked down at my tea. "Some influencer or model - whatever you want to call her messaged me and it turned out she's the last person Awsten was sleeping with before me...but she was trying to tell me he was cheating on me...or like we were both seeing him at the same time."

"How would she even know?"

"That's what I don't understand." I shrugged. "Like our inner circle knows...and we do go out on public dates...I guess it doesn't really matter."

"I mean is Awsten acting weird?"

"Not really." I shrugged. "He's texted me this morning and I haven't texted him back. I'm just a bit freaked out by the whole thing."

"She was before you though, right?"

"Right, and she had feelings for him and he didn't have feelings for her. It was just sex."

"Alright, well judging by how this apartment smells like flowers all the time, it's definitely not just sex with you."

"I know that." I sighed and buried my head in my hands. "Just the thought of him being with someone else and like...I was taken back to a place for a minute I didn't want to go. I was fully crying in his living room."

"He's not acting weird though. He's already texted you today. I think you're fine."

"Don't want him to think I'm crazy." I mumbled with my arms crossed over my chest.

"He doesn't, Tatum. What did his text even say?"

"He texted me good morning." I smiled a little. "It's a good morning text of him lying in his bed."

"See, you're so fine. Plus we can all be a little crazy. Love makes you do stupid shit."

"We're not-" I started.

"Oh, don't start with me." Francesca rolled her eyes and went to make a cup of coffee. "You are both very clearly falling in love with each other."

"You're going to jinx it." I mumbled again as I unlocked my phone and stared at the picture of Awsten from a few minutes ago.

"I am not! He got jealous of Erik having a thing for you and you were bothered by some girl he was sleeping with before and you also got jealous."

"But Erik and I never slept together."

"That doesn't matter either." Francesca turned back to me briefly because she got a mug. "You're so scared of getting your heart broken again and I get that, I really do. It was meaningless sex for him and the sex with you isn't. Nothing with you is meaningless to him."

"He also told me I could go through his phone." I mumbled.

"See, exactly! He has nothing to hide."

"I think what is also really bothering me though is like...if that girl found me...who else is going to find me?"
