Jackson, Anna and Angie leave Aidan's room so that Greenlee can be alone to talk to Aidan. Angie went to check on other patients/staff in the hospital while Jason leaned back against the wall and closed his eyes before he sighed rubbing his head. As much as Greenlee didn't fear anyone including her ex-lover in Aidan Devane, Jackson hoped his daughter wasn't doing anything stupid. Aidan just got out of prison, but he couldn't be trusted right, as Anna was aware of the look on Jackson's face.

Anna – Everything alright?

Jackson shook his head.

Jackson – No, I am not sure it was a good idea to let Greenlee be alone with Aidan but knowing my daughter, she's stubborn as she is. Greenlee can handle it, but after losing Ryan?

Anna – It's obvious the two of them have a lot on their mind Jackson but also, I am sure they have a lot to catch up on as well.

Jackson – That's true, but as much as I am glad that Aidan didn't die, he has a lot to make up for after all from what went down between him, Zach and Kendall the past couple of years.

Anna – Of course Jackson and like I told them; I am aware of what Aidan did which was dead wrong, but he at least deserves a chance to redeem himself right?

Jackson – Yes, he does, it just won't be easy for him. It would be better if the man left Pine Valley and didn't come back, that way he would get a fresh new start away from the madness.

Anna – Well we were planning on leaving Pine Valley until Aidan was assaulted in prison and brought here for treatment. It's a miracle he's alive after the hell my nephew went but I still plan on making whoever pay for it...that includes Zach Slater.

Jackson – I don't think Zach would be that dumb to go after Aidan. After Aidan was in prison, his name was never mentioned from Zach and Kendall.

Anna – Regardless, if he is responsible, I will make his life miserable. No one gets away with hurting the people I love when it comes to my family.

Jackson – That's understandable. I'm just sorry you had to witness the mess you came into, first we lose Marissa and Ryan tonight, Bianca's world is in a mess, and I am not longer an engaged man.

Anna – You were engaged recently?

Jackson – At first yes...but no more. Erica was offered a chance to write a movie about a book and that didn't sit well with me, one thing led to another, and I just couldn't take it anymore. Erica and I are done, were no longer together.

Anna – I am sorry to hear that, Jackson. You're a good man and deserve way better than Erica if you ask me.

Anna puts her hand on Jackson's shoulder for comfort.

Jackson – Thanks Anna...wait a minute...my phone is ringing, it's Bianca. I need to answer this. It was good to see you again despite everything that took place tonight.

Anna - Likewise

Anna nods/smiles as she watches Jackson answer the phone call. She felt bad for Jackson and what his entire family was going through based on tonight even though Anna wasn't at the mansion. A lot was on his mind and the last thing Anna wanted to do was cause more trouble for him.

---------------------------------------------------------

In Aidan's room, Greenlee and Aidan haven't said anything to each other yet but you could tell a lot was unsaid the last time they spoke to one another before Greenlee's death. Aidan gulped and sighed while Greenlee folded, her hands then slowly moved her head around. The anxiousness was there between the two, the only question to ask is, who will be the first to make the move? Who will utter a word out of their mouths?

Greenlee and Aidan – Hello Aidan/Greenlee.

Greenlee scoffed.

Greenlee – I am sorry, go right ahead.

Aidan chuckled a bit.

Aidan – You were never good at being nervous Greenlee, but it's been a while, hasn't it?

Greenlee – Yes, it is, I am sure you were up to date hearing about my return from the dead and-

Aidan – Marrying David Hayward to get back at everyone who's done you wrong right? Whenever someone does my ex wrong, you usually scheme and plot to get back at them.

Greenlee – Correct, I did marry David, but it wasn't meant to be in the cards for us. I left him but the man faked his death to frame Ryan the thing is I took the bullet so to speak for him.

Aidan – You mean to get back with Ryan?

Aidan shook his head and chuckled.

Aidan – No surprise, it's always you and Ryan at the end of the day. No wonder we didn't work at the end of the day.

Greenlee arched her eyebrow.

Greenlee – Excuse me? Don't lay there and act like our relationship ended because of me Aidan, sleeping with my best friend did more harm than good.

Aidan – You're right, I messed up big time but the fact that you couldn't forgive me at first and then let Ryan hook you back in, shows how much of a bloody blasted hypocrite you are.

Greenlee sighs.

Greenlee – Here we go, look Aidan, I am not here to argue. I just want to know...what happened to the man I fell in love with? Kidnapping Kendall and almost killing her? What the hell is wrong with you?

Aidan – I snapped alright? I never wanted to make Kendall suffer, but I thought you were dead. Why couldn't the woman I fell in love with at least let me know, let US know Greenlee Smythe was alive? We DESERVED that! I DESERVED to know the truth but nah, too good to do the right thing...isn't it?

Greenlee feels the anger stemming from Aidan despite his injuries and him groaning in pain a bit. It made her realize how much she let Aidan down most of all. She was so into being the perfect wife for David, one thing led to another, and Greenlee went back to Ryan but now Ryan was dead. How could all of this go so wrong for her?
