Ailee || Like A Moth To A Flame

Greenlee slowly stands up and back away with the gun in her hand, shaking her head before she looks around. Noticing Anna, Di, Aidan and Kendall looking at her concerned but worried due to what just happened after they came in. Aidan though sensed a change in her voice once Greenlee told him to back off, to not touch him, as he had seen her get upset before but not like this. Seeing the gun in her hand, Greenlee immediately drops it on top of the fallen office and backs away rattled and confused.

Greenlee – No, he can't be dead, can he? I didn't want this to happen, she was here....

Kendall approaches Greenlee and takes her other hand.

Kendall – Who? Who was here Greenlee?

Greenlee – Some.... some woman named Kat.

Anna – She was here? Kat was here?

Greenlee – Yes, she was here! She disguised herself as a maid, knocked out the police officer, we got into a fight, one thing happened after another...

Kendall – Greenlee, Greenlee...slow down, take your time. There's no need to rush okay?

Greenlee – No Kendall, I am fine, okay? I just...I just need to sit down.

Aidan – I can get you a chair or-

Greenlee – I don't need anything from you Aidan.

Aidan – Look Greenlee, I know you're upset right now-

Greenlee bitterly laughed and shook her head.

Greenlee – Do you really know Aidan how I feel after what I have been through? First my mom gets hurt, then I get knocked out TWICE by this nutjob and you think I am upset? This is YOUR fault!

Aidan – My fault!? How is it my fault!?

Greenlee – The reason Kat is doing this is so that she can get back at you for being a shitty boyfriend. What else do you want me to tell you?

Di – And you believe that BS she just told you Greenlee?

Greenlee – Doesn't matter, what matters is that thanks to the spy over here I am not caught up in HIS mess! This is all your fault!

Di, Anna and Kendall couldn't believe how Greenlee was acting though Aidan was trying to see where she was coming from. Aidan didn't like being blamed for things that others commit such as crimes, etc. but a part of him did feel guilty for what Greenlee and her loved ones currently were going through because of Kat who wants revenge on Aidan in the first place. But Greenlee wasn't seeing it that way unfortunately.

Hours later, local police in Paris, France were in the hotel room Greenlee and Kendall stayed in until the incident with Greenlee took place. Right now, the room was being investigated not just by Aidan, Anna and Di but also CSI crew of the police as well for clues from the incident. The officer who was shot was taken to the hospital, with Greenlee watching everything unfold while giving her statement to one of the detectives. Leaning back against the chair, Greenlee sighed and listened to what the man had to say even though she wasn't kind of paying attention to her.

Detective – And are you sure that's what happened?

Greenlee groaned in annoyance while rubbing her temples.

Greenlee – How many times do I have to tell you and say YES! That's what happened detective, were you in the room when it all went down!? NO! YOU WEREN'T!

Aidan – Greenlee relax, they're just trying to-

Greenlee – Get the fuck out of my face Aidan! You know what, it's fitting how you get out of prison then all of this happened so fast!

Aidan – What's that supposed to mean!? How the hell am I supposed to do when someone I know a long time ago goes on a killing spree and does this!? It's not my fault Greenlee!

Di – Alright, alright, everyone let's just calm down and relax. Were getting worked up, we all want justice and that's what we're going to get out of this.

Greenlee – Awww, isn't this cute? We got ANOTHER one of Aidan's ex-girlfriends coming to his rescue as if he needed a side piece to make him feel better...poor baby.

Kendall – Take it easy Greenlee, there's no need to lash out at him or anyone else.

Greenlee scoffed.

Greenlee – Seriously Kendall, now YOU'RE taking Aidan's side? What happened before we left town after Ryan's funeral? Now you're switching sides?

Kendall – It's not that Greenlee? I just-

Greenlee – Save it Kendall, I don't want to hear it from misses flip and flop.

Anna – We understand you're upset right now but you're pushing people away Greenlee, were trying to get to the bottom of this.

Detective – Thank you Agent Devane. Don't forget about the gun as we are testing the fingerprints to see if they're really yours so if I were you, I would lawyer up because this could get ugly.

Voice – Luckily, she has a lawyer right here.

Entering the hotel room himself with no regret or remorse was none other than Trey Kenyon (Sam Page) with a smirk on his face catching everyone by surprise.

Greenlee – Trey!? What are you doing here!?

Trey – No time for those types of questions Greenlee. As your lawyer, don't even think about saying anything else, got it?

Greenlee smiled a little bit in relief seeing one of her former flames who was coming to her rescue. Everyone else was still perplexed, even Aidan felt somewhat annoyed at seeing Trey back in the first place. Could Trey though get Greenlee off the hook for something she in her mind didn't do or will this be more of an added headache moving forward? Either way, things were getting interesting in this situation.
