Ailee || Like A Moth To A Flame

Anna, Di and Aidan were in the Fusion Offices investigating the murder of Ciro's death, but Aidan couldn't stop thinking about Greenlee. After they landed in Paris, both women were able to calm Aidan down since it was just a dream, but why couldn't he stop worrying about Greenlee? The dream that he had on the jet still felt all too real at the end where Mary's mother was killed. But was it a sign of things to come? Despite being distracted Aidan along with Anna and Di were looking for clues.

Anna – Our serial killer did quite the number of Ciro, it's a shame he couldn't make it.

Di – Oh yeah, he was a great man but obviously people like him get killed and the question to ask, for what that is?

Anna – That's why we are here to figure it out. Wait, do you smell that?

Di started sniffing.

Di Henry – Yes, I do, its perfume, so we know are serial killer is a woman.

Anna – We'll need to check out the surveillance tapes of the place so we can find out the identity of our suspect. Then we need to question a couple of the employees around here.

Di Henry – Right, hey Aidan can you-

Voice – What the hell are you doing here Aidan!?

Di, Anna and Aidan saw Kendall come into the room, not happy to see Aidan of course, who rolled his eyes but tried not to give her attention.

Aidan – I'm at work, can't you see luv? We're investing Ciro's death.

Anna – He's right, that's why were here since we work with the WSB. We're looking into Ciro's death and maybe you can help us out.

Kendall – I'm not sure how I can be of help. I just came here to distract myself since Greenlee's at the hospital.

Aidan – So I was right...Greenlee is in trouble.

Di Henry – What happened to her?

Kendall - *Sighed* Mary was shot and taken to the local hospital around the corner. Greenlee is there right now but-

Aidan starts to run out of the office all the sudden.

Anna – Aidan, where are you going!?

Aidan – To make sure Greenlee is alright!? What else do you think!?

Aidan was no longer seen as Anna sighed and Kendall shook her head.

Anna – Come on, we need to go to the hospital. Mary's shooting may be connected to the serial killer we are looking for.

Greenlee walks outside the room where Mary Smythe, who's currently resting after reuniting with her daughter due to Mary getting nearly killed. Greenlee still tried to figure out why someone would go after Mary just to get to her. If her mom was right in what she said, then Greenlee will need to get back up or her own type of bodyguards to makes sure she's safe for the time being. At the same time someone must look after Mary to see if something bad happens but before Greenlee could think about any of that she heard a familiar voice.

Voice - Greenlee!

Looking up, Aidan came into the hallway with panic and worry as he saw Greenlee standing there.

Aidan - Are you alright Greenlee?

Approaching Greenlee, Aidan hugged his ex-lover causing confusion to the woman who didn't know what was going on.

Greenlee - What are you doing here Aidan? How did you find me here?

Aidan - I'm here on assignment to Paris, but I heard about your mother. Is she okay?

Greenlee - She's stable and resting at the same time after I just spoke to her, what's going on Aidan?

Aidan – Were investigating a string of international murders and Ciro was one of them since we just let the Fusion Offices.

Greenlee – Who's we?

Aidan – Anna, myself and Di Henry.

Greenlee – Di Henry? She's alive?

Aidan – Yes, she is but that doesn't matter, the person who killed certain folks around the world like Ciro could be coming for your mother and you as well.

Greenlee – Why me? Is it revenge? Is it because of you?

Aidan – That's what were trying to find out Greenlee, but I don't think you're safe at the moment.

Anna – He makes a great point.

Turning around, they saw Anna and Kendall come up to them.

Anna – Since your mother was the shot, you could be the next victim Greenlee.

Greenlee sighed.

Greenlee – Great, just what I need. Ryan's dead and now I am a dead person walking.

Kendall – What can be done to stop this though? Could this person come after me as well?

Anna – At this point, anything can happen, so you'll need to stay safe.

Aidan – But were not going to let anything happen to you, your mom or Kendall that's a danger to anyone. I promise.

Feeling Aidan's hand on her shoulder, Greenlee hugs Aidan who embraces her strongly during this difficult time.
