The weekend had finally arrived, and as always, it meant their home would be filled with laughter, chatter, and the playful chaos that came with having friends and their little ones over. Taehyung sat comfortably on the couch, his arm lazily draped around Jungkook’s shoulders while their son, Taegukie, sat on the floor playing with his toys. The doorbell rang, signaling the arrival of their friends.

“I’ll get it,” Jungkook said, trying to get up, but Taehyung tightened his grip.

“No, baby, you stay. I’ll get it,” Taehyung murmured against Jungkook’s hair, placing a soft kiss on his temple before reluctantly getting up to answer the door.

As soon as the door opened, a chorus of greetings and excited squeals filled the air. Jimin and Yoongi walked in first, their three -year-old daughter holding onto Jimin’s hand while he grinned at Taehyung. Behind them were Namjoon and Jin, their little son running ahead with his sister and giggling. Hoseok entered with his wife, Y/N, holding hands, while Eunwoo and his wife followed behind, carrying a small cake box.

“Ah, finally, the weekly chaos,” Jin teased as he stepped inside, placing a hand on his hip.

“We wouldn’t miss it,” Jimin added, setting their daughter down, who immediately toddled toward Taegukie.

“Taegukie!” she called out happily, and the little boy perked up, grinning mischievously.

“My princess,” Taegukie declared dramatically, standing up and bowing in an exaggerated manner. The adults chuckled at his antics, while Taehyung rolled his eyes.

“Where did he learn that?” Yoongi muttered, shaking his head fondly.

“From me, of course,” Taehyung said proudly, puffing out his chest.

Jungkook smacked his arm. “More like from your dramas. Don’t act innocent.”

The group settled into the living room, the children taking over the play area while the adults lounged on the couches, engaging in conversation.

“You know,” Jin began, sipping his tea, “I still remember the time when Taehyung was the carefree one, now look at him—CEO, father, and still the most dramatic person in the room.”

Taehyung scoffed, shifting Taegukie on his lap. “Excuse me? Dramatic? I am simply expressive.”

Jungkook snorted from his seat beside him. “Sure, baby, whatever helps you sleep at night.”

Taegukie, who had been listening intently, pointed at his father. “Appa is very dramatic! He even fights with me for cuddles with Eomma!”

The entire room erupted in laughter as Taehyung gasped in mock offense. “Yah! That’s because you always take Jungkook from me! I married him first, you came later!”

Jimin chuckled, shaking his head. “The jealousy between these two is unreal.”

Eunwoo, who had been watching silently, finally spoke. “Let the kid have his eomma, Taehyung. You’re a grown man.”

“But he always steals my cuddles,” Taehyung pouted, pulling Jungkook closer, only for Taegukie to push between them.

“Eomma is mine!” the little boy declared, puffing his cheeks. “Right, Eomma?”

Jungkook sighed, clearly used to this routine. “Both of you are mine, now behave.”

Taehyung sulked while Taegukie grinned victoriously. The other kids watched in amusement, and Jin’s daughter whispered to his brother “ uncle is so silly.”

As the evening continued, conversations drifted to more serious matters. Jin and Namjoon shared stories about their growing children, Jimin and Yoongi spoke about their sleepless nights raising a toddler, while Hoseok and Eunwoo talked about their recent marriages.while the children played in their own world, occasionally bickering over toys.

“So, Taehyung,” Namjoon said , smirking. “I heard you fired another secretary.”

Jungkook immediately shot Taehyung a glare. “Again?!”

Taehyung groaned. “She wasn’t efficient!”

“You mean she was too efficient,” Jin snorted. “It’s a miracle anyone lasts in your office.”

“I have high standards!” Taehyung defended himself.

“You have no patience,” Jungkook countered, shaking his head.

As they all laughed and continued their banter, the children’s voices caught their attention.

“No, it’s mine!” Namjin ’s son shouted as he held onto a toy car.

“I saw it first!” Taegukie countered, dramatically placing a hand on his chest like he was in a movie scene.

“It’s just a car, guys,” namjin’s daughter chimed in with a sigh, crossing her tiny arms.

Taehyung chuckled. “Ah, the drama begins.”

Jungkook rubbed his temples. “They’re too much like us.”

The bickering escalated until Taegukie huffed and turned to Jungkook, pointing an accusing finger at Taehyung. “Eomma, I want a divorce from Appa Again .”

Silence.

Then, laughter erupted in the room, shaking the walls with mirth. Taehyung choked on his drink, coughing as he processed his son’s words.

“Excuse me?!” Taehyung wheezed, placing a hand on his chest.

Jungkook, though struggling to contain his amusement, turned to Taegukie. “Baby, you can’t divorce your appa.”

“Yes, I can!” Taegukie argued. “ he won’t buy me any sweets and snack!”

Yoongi smirked. “Kid’s got a point.”

Jin wiped fake tears from his eyes. “Taegukie, you’re a legend.”

Jungkook sighed, pulling Taegukie into his lap. “Baby, Appa loves you. He’s just teasing. Right, Tae?”

Taehyung pouted. “Of course, I love you, my little prince.”

Taegukie huffed, still upset, but when Taehyung suddenly takeout a chocolate from his pocket, the little boy’s eyes widened in delight.

“Appa!” he squealed, reaching for it.

Taehyung smirked. “Oh? I thought you wanted a divorce?”

Taegukie quickly shook his head. “No, no! I take it back! I love you, Appa!”

Taehyung finally handed him the chocklet and ruffled his hair. “That’s more like it.”

Jungkook shook his head fondly. “You two are impossible.”

The evening continued with endless conversations, laughter, and warm moments. Friends, family, love—everything felt perfect. Jungkook, feeling a warmth settle in his heart, glanced at Taehyung, who was busy feeding Taegukie pieces of fruit. His husband had changed so much in five years—his sharp exterior in business was nowhere to be found at home. With Jungkook and Taegukie, he was still the soft, loving Taehyung he had always been.

Jungkook reached out, placing his hand over Taehyung’s. “You know,” he said softly, causing Taehyung to look up, “I love you. So much.”

The room quieted slightly as the moment between them deepened. Taehyung’s expression softened, his lips curving into a tender smile. “I love you too, wifey . More than anything.”

Taegukie, unaware of the weight of the moment, scrunched his nose. “Eomma, Appa, stop being mushy!”

Jimin laughed. “Kid’s got a point. Save the romance for later.”

Taehyung smirked, leaning closer to Jungkook’s ear. “Later, then.”

Jungkook blushed, pushing him away playfully. The evening continued with more laughter, bickering, and the warmth of family filling every corner of their home. The love they shared was not just between Taehyung and Jungkook but extended to their friends, their children, and the family they had built together.
