Chapter fifty five :.   Taken

Marcus Reese POV

The air felt cold , it felt threatening, the hairs on my back stood as I noticed Aura shiver in fear , something was definitely wrong , and noticing where we are , the human world , we really need to get to the supernatural dimension to check out what is going on, the humans looked scared as hale started falling from the sky , I'm mistaken .

" It's haling blood ". Aura winced as hale blood fell on her hand

" We've gotta go , lest get to the lay lines so we can get to the supernatural dimension ". I spoke and she nodded

The lay lines were lines that connected over an area to a singular point, surprisingly the lay lines is where we can only access the dimension and we need to get to the point fast , the han.world is crumbling.

As we ran to the point, wes aw demons , I turned to Aura as she looked at me

" Lucifer is here !!". I spoke as I grabbed her hand and we dodged incoming blood hale

We were almost there , I could fel it then suddenly lightening struck our entwined hands and we were thrown apart form each other then I saw him , the guy I thought I wouldn't see at this moment.

" Bruce ". I grabbed his hand as I tried to grab him out but he pushed me with full force as Aura was about the retaliate she was shoved by a woman in a black robe who threw her  out of the way and a man stepped in front, who looked like the devil himself.

" Father we have her !!". The man spoke as he grabbed Aura and Bruce held a knife to my throat.

" Bruce what the HELL!!!". I shouted as thee knife was the pressed tighter , the knife imbedded itself in my throat as I was pushed to the ground.

" He's no longer yours ". The lady spoke

A man stepped forward, he was dark , black hair , pale skin and long nails , and he's red eyes there looked into my soul , I felt hypnotized as I feel with a thud at his gaze .

" The humans will wither at my ascension". He spoke and they left

My mind finally registered what happened. LUCIFER, who we are suppose to fight is gone , what!!!!!!!.

I just encountered Lucifer , Aura !!!!!! , I needed to get her but first we need help and fast , I needed to see Dimitri , what the hell is happening to Bruce .

Linda Linus POV

All my body ached as the afternoon sun came into view , the sky was dark , what !!!, in the afternoon, I got up and made a dress appear from thin air and I dressed up .

I hope Azazel keeps to his promise .

I arrived in the Druid kingdom, the place was rags now, since Azazel came with his demons , all life died in the kingdom, the few remaining citizens seek refuge and we offered them a stay in the palace, we had more than enough room .

I saw the palace up ahead and then suddenly a gush of wind blew at my face as I saw Marcus enter the dimension.

" Marcus " I shouted in shock and looked beside him to see no Aura

" Where's Aura ??" I asked as suddenly a big Brown wolf jumped infront of me and transformed into Drake , and yes he was naked .

" Where Aura ??". He asked not caring about his nudity

" She's gone "' He spoke solemnly

" What do you mean she's gone ?" He's voice hoarse and getting aggressive.

". She was taken by Lucifer ". He voiced out

" Why didn't you protect her?" He asked as the gang suddenly closed in and finally there were with us , and Dimitri was looking at me with a look of sadness as I wondered why why the rest were staring at Marcus in shock .

" I couldn't, Bruce is being Controlled, he isn't himself, he lunged at me along with a woman ??". He spoke up

" NYX !!" I feared as Demetrius put hai hand on my shoulder and Jennifer smiling sadly

" And she said he's no longer yours , does that mean anything to any of you ??". Marcus pointed out as the rest turned to me .

" Yeah " I breathed out

" And there was a man , he looks just like Lucifer , what do we do ??" Marcus asked in panic as Ophelia finally came out and hugged him , he returned it with joyfulness.

" You're alright??". She asked him and he nodded a small sad smile on he's lips

" Ophelia we're really need to be ready " Lewis beconked on her as Marcus let her go but Ophelia

" What's going on , getting ready for what ???".  She asked

" Getting ready for war , this is the end , the final threshold, the last line, if we're fighting this war, we need to get prepared". Dimitri spoke

" We're bringing them back " Quin spoke as everyone nodded

" But first we need our last ally ". Zen finally spoke up

" Who ???" I voiced out , I the remembered my mate , I'll tell them soon

" I was told by my sister , the shadow weaver, he's our last line of defense ".  He spoke with confidence

" Very well , where do we find him ". Jennifer asked

" In the old ruins of Bane ".

" The forbidden lands ". Lewis chopped in

" Yes , but the problem is , whosoever enters never returns ".   Demetrius added

" THEN I'LL BE THE ONE TO GO ". I cried out as everyone looked at me like I was crazy.

A/N:.  Hey guys , how y'all enjoying the book so far , so .....I know a little dramatic, but Aura needed to go , to fulfill that her vision of her fighting Bruce and for Bruce's own to be fulfilled vice versa .
So whast going to happen and yes weird dynamic, Linda a mate for the prince of darkness, enemy of his sister , lover of a Druid , the main game .

So what do you guys think is going to happen........

Hahahaha the book is soon coming to an end the battle is approaching maybe the next two chapters 🫢🫢😏😏, anyway I would love to see some love guys .
