Sitting down on the sofa, I took a shaky breath still shaking at the thought of yesterday. I haven't told anybody. Not Marco, nor Sam. "Are you okay, Char?" Sam mused and I flinched. "Y-yeah." I mumbled and he furrowed his eyebrows. "You flinched. The last time you did it, something really bad was happening." he said and I put on a smile. "I'm fine, Sam. I'm just...tired from the work. It's been a long time you know..." I tried to come up with a believable lie. "Look! Your boyfriend!" Sam said pointing on the screen. I smiled softly and Sam stood up. "I'm gonna grab a bottle of beer for myself." he said and I nodded. My phone buzzed making me look at the received message. 'It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and wind blows cold, when it's summer in the light and winter in the shade.' from Olli. We met in March...

.....

"3:1. Somebody's boyfriend is back in form again." Sam quipped after the whistle was blown. "Charlotte!" he called loudly making me come back to reality. "Huh? What were you saying?" I posed and he sighed. "What's the matter with you? And don't say that you're fine because you clearly are not." he warned and I gulped. Why is he doing this? I don't need him. He doesn't need me either. "I should go, Sam." I mumbled and stood up. "Charlie." he warned, but I only shook my head smiling at him politely. "I'm tired. That's it." I posed and grabbed my phone from the desk. "Say hi to Emily." I noted and walked away.

Walking up the stairs, I sighed pulling the key into the hole. "What was that sigh like, neighbour?" Felix spoke from behind. Turning around, I shrugged. I don't wanna go to that flat. I don't wanna stay with Sam. I actually don't know what I wanna do. "I...I don't know what to do." I rambled and he observed me. "You're upset." he said and I looked down on the ground. "But I'm not gonna ask questions." he added and I looked up at him shyly. "I'm going to the gym. You could join me." he suggested and I chuckled. "Working out helps?" I mused and he shrugged smiling at me. "Well, I'm gonna turn up the music there and, maybe, I'll help you to...become happy?" he posed and I giggled shaking my head. I'd use that. "Won't you mind if I come?" I mused, but he shook his head. "Or course not." he replied and I took a breath. I need to get my mind off of it. "You know what? Get changed and take a bottle of water. I'll wait downstairs." he said and I smiled politely. "Thanks, Felix." I said and he shrugged. "No problem." he said and I got in my flat.

6 pm

"You're a devil." I complained and he laughed throwing a towel in my direction. "You used to work out before. It's visible, but you're just out of form." he said and I rolled my eyes. "Absolutely out of order." I said breathlessly and he patted my shoulder. "We can work on that." he said and I scoffed. "Do you think I'll be able to stand up tomorrow morning?" I mused and he giggled. "The more important question is - has this work out helped? Feeling better?" he posed and I smiled gently. "It didn't take away all of my problems, but...I feel good." I said and he smiled. "Shall we get going?" he posed and stood up. "Yeah. Let's go." I said and he helped me to stand up. "Good job!" he said and I giggled. "Yeah, thanks. You were falling behind, but it'll get better." I quipped and he laughed shaking his head.

11 pm

Hearing the door-bell rang, I stood up and went there to open the door. "Hi." I said and opened the door wider. "Hello." Marco said. Why does he look so worried? "Are you okay?" I mused and he nodded. "Yeah, forgetting the fact that I got a call about how strange you're behaving and also you not answering my calls, I'm okay." he said and I slapped my forehead. "I...I switched off my phone." I explained and he sighed. "Charlie, what's wrong?" Marco mused softly cupping my cheeks. "I-I am fine." I rambled, but he shook his head. "No. Your eyes are saying otherwise." he said and I looked down on the floor. I don't wanna tell him. "I'm just tired." I posed and he pulled away. "You can tell that to Sam, he could believe that, but I know it's a lie, Charlie. What happened?" he said and I furrowed my eyebrows. "Sam called you?" I squealed and he sighed. "He's worried. You weren't listening to him, you were somewhere else with your mind, and so he called me." he explained and I shook my head. "I'm not a little baby. I don't need him to call you just because I'm not okay!" I exclaimed and Marco nodded.

"Yeah, you've just admitted that you are not okay." he posed and I rolled my eyes. "So what? Everybody is allowed to have a bad day." I muttered and he put his arms around me pulling me closer. "Everybody's allowed, I know, but you can also tell me what went wrong." he mumbled and I looked away. Olli.. "I'm tired. I need to relax." I said and was about to pull away when his grip got tighter. "Charlotte." he warned and I pulled away. "I was in a gym and I'm tired. I really am." I said and he furrowed his eyebrows. "What were you doing in a gym?" he squealed and I shrugged. "Felix let me come with him." I said simply and he furrowed his eyebrows. "That Felix? Your neighbour?" he posed and I nodded not seeing a problem in it. "Okay. So you went to the gym with him and, I assume, you also talked to him. Now, you're refusing to talk to your boyfriend. Does this seem okay to you, Charlotte?" he spoke and I shook my head. I'm not letting Felix get closer, believe me. "Marco, please." I whispered with tears at the corner of my eyes. "Tell me the truth." he said sternly. "Oliver was here." I said quickly.
