Simon's P.O.V.

I got back to my house instead of my dorm room. My mom must be in so much pain.

"Mom how are you?" I asked as I sat down on the couch right next to her.

"I'm okay, we have to go back home though. In England." She said as I let her rest her head on my shoulder.

"How long will we be there?" I asked thinking about Josh.

I know it is inappropriate, I just miss him so much.

"About two weeks, don't worry you'll be able to see Josh." My mom said as she got up.

"Where are you going?" I asked as she started to walk upstairs.

"I need to go talk to your Aunt. We'll be leaving tomorrow so you should probably go to your dorm and start packing." She just walked up the stairs and left.

I got up and walked outside and drove to the dorm.

"Hey, Lewis I'm back!" I yelled as Lewis walked over and smiled.

"How's your mom?" He asked as he grabbed something from the fridge.

"She's okay, we are going back home though. It is where my grandpa is and would like to be buried. Maybe I'll send you some pictures of the guys and I." I said as I walked into my room.

"Wait, what?! What about college?" Lewis asked as he stood in my dorm frame.

This is the one thing I don't like about Lewis, he is so clingy, it's kind of weird.

"School doesn't start till later. I'll be back by then." I said as I started to pack my things.

I just heard footsteps and then the front door close. I don't get it, I just don't get it.

Once I finished packing I left a note for Lewis and went back to my house. I decided to text Josh and tell him the news.

Simon ⚽️: I'm coming home for two weeks

Josh 🎮: 🤔 ?

Simon ⚽️: my grandpa died

Josh 🎮: oh my god, I'm so sorry

Simon ⚽️: it's fine, as long as I come home to you I am just so excited which sounds horrible but I miss you so much

Josh 🎮: 😍😍😍😍

Simon ⚽️: 👌🏿❤️😘

We then talked a little bit more about stupid things and then talked about how we are all going to meet up and hang out. I am so excited it is unbelievable.

I'm coming home Josh, I'm coming home.

I woke up to hear my mum yelling and running around downstairs. I got changed and grabbed all of my bags that were already ready for me. I walked downstairs and saw my dad eating and my mom running around the room.

"Don't mind your mum, she just wants to make sure everything is ready." My dad said as he handed me my breakfast.

"Are you and Nick coming?" I asked as my dad just shook his head no.

"I can't go, but I am pretty sure your brother is. He hasn't been home in forever and he hasn't seen you for quite a while." My dad said once he finished eating.

"Hey!" I hear as the door opens.

I look over to see my brother Nick. My mom stops panicking and hugs him. I walked over and once they were done I then got to hug him.

"How have you been bro?" He said rustling my hair.

"I've been pretty good, you? Find anyone special at uni?" I said punching him on the shoulder playfully.

"I'm good and no I haven't found anyone. Do you have someone little guy?"

"Yeah, you remember Josh right?" He just nodded his head yes giving me a strange look, "well, that is my guy. He is my special someone."

Nick just looked at me and his smile started to fade.

"Isn't it great honey?" My mum said as she walked over rubbing my back.

"You and Josh huh, I could've promised you Ethan was he gay one and you were going to end up with him. I'm so happy for you." He said hugging me once again.

I just hugged him and was so thankful. I was so scared that he was going to say something else.

"So is he in Britain then?" He said as we walked over to my dad who hugged Nick and then ran out to work.

"Yeah, about that....." I said rubbing my neck as Nick just looked at me with a questioning look.

"What do you mean, about that?" He said as I sat down and he sat down next to me.

"He was suppose to come to America with me. So that we could go to the same uni, but before he could show me we got into a car accident. Josh had to stay in Britain, he's been having heart failure." I said as I felt myself start to tear up once again.

"Once you go back there, he'll be perfect." Nick said patting me on the back.

I felt a smile appear on my face. My brother always knew exactly what to say when I am feeling down. He is alway there to support me and it is the one thing I love most about him.

We then drove to the airport and Nick wanted every single detail about how we got together. It took a really long time to explain it all because he kept on questioning everything.

We then got on to the plane and then it was just the ride to Britain which took forever because we now live in freaking California.

All I could think about was the reaction that is going to be on Josh's face. I'm so excited to see him, it has been so long.
