Journey Through the Omnipotent World 2: New Era

There I stood with a woman calling herself Chief in front of a huge castle with a something moving up ahead of us. as the entity moved closer I found myself being squeezed to death by a....Ram lady? "uh." was all I could muster from the tight hug the girl was giving me. "JAKE! I'm so glad you're back!" the girl said. "uh huh." I said trying to pretend I knew the woman. the ram girl stepped back and shocked realized I didn't have my memories. the lady turned her head to Chief and asked "he doesn't remember yet, does he? I thought you were gonna restore his memories!" Chief startled said "how'd you know about that?" the lady said "I met with Wix when someone around the castle told me Jake was coming back, and Wix told me where you were going." Chief asked the ram girl "well. it didn't go so well. the Doctor barely withstood looking into his mind. she described it like "Two monsters fighting" and she also told me we needed to trigger a very special memory in order for it to work." I looked at the two and was kind of getting nervous. "uh." I said backing up slowly trying to escape from this place. the Ram girl looked familiar, but I still didn't feel comfortable being out of the dark. I was about to make a run for it when the ram lady said "Maya." I stopped and turned as she looked me dead in the eye. "how'd you know that was the name that I've..." I said before realizing where I'd seen her before. "My name is Maya." the girl told me. "but.." I said. "don't worry. I'm if I take you somewhere it'll trigger your memory." Maya told me. Maya turned to the Chief and said "I'll take it from here. you're needed back at your HQ I hear they're under attack from the new organization that popped up recently." Chief nodded and suddenly vanished. "what the-" I said. we walked out of the castle through the gates into the small little town filled with stands for buying apples and other goodies with houses lined up against the stand in big rows. "wow." I said. "He seems different. I need to check into that if this doesn't work." Maya thought. Maya led me down a path leading into a forest where one section laid a lake with a huge rock on it. "whoa." I said. the place felt so familiar I felt a headache come on and some sort of adrenaline rush pass through me. "AHHH" I screamed in pain an image flashed of me having a causal conversation with Maya while sat on top of the huge rock at night. "I remember this place." I said. Maya jumped joyed. "but, I don't remember how or why. just us two talking that's it, sorry." Maya started to frown and then said "I going to look into something, but I need an opinion on the matter, hold on." then Maya left only to return hours later.

Hours after Maya left I was sitting on the huge boulder. "oh right. now I'm gonna do it" Maya said with a familiar faerie by her side. "you can't! even Dr. Augustine couldn't handle whatever's going on inside him!" Wix said. "I don't care. I'm going inside his mind and seeing if my theory is true." Maya said. she hopped onto the rock and before I could even say a word suddenly I blacked out. when I woke up Maya was unconscious and I saw Chief standing over top of her. "well. she needed my assistance to get in, but she never told me how I was gonna get her out." I realized that there was something in my mind giving me a sharp headache. "Ow!" I said as the pain grew. Wix and Chief stared at me and then said "she needs out now. I'm going in for her." Wix told her not to, but Chief didn't hesitate and suddenly Maya and Chief were both awake. "how did-" I asked before Chief said "he still doesn't remember? I thought you were gonna fix him." Maya angrily said "it's worse than we all thought." she calmed down and said "look, he's missing crucial parts of not only his time here, but also life changing events from his past. no wonder he seems so light hearted and full of energy. it's like whoever did this to him drained him of darkness." "uh?" I said. Maya turned and said "don't worry. we're gonna get the best people we know to help." and with that I blacked out again from exhaustion. the last thing I heard was "well, at least he still enjoys taking long naps."
