Bad Timings // Dan Howell X Reader

Your POV

I walk into the room to find Dan And Phil (Making out 😏 JK) both ready to start our film marathon.

"So what are we watching first?" I ask.

"(F/f)!" Phil shouts
(Favourite Film/Movie)

"Okay." Dan says as he puts it on.

We all get comfy and watch (f/f) while eating food before we know it the film finished.

"What next?" Phil says

"Umm how about lights out?" I ask

"What's that?"

"It's a horror film. It's about a ghost that can only get you in the dark, so wherever there is light your safe..." I explain

"So paranormal?!" Dan looks at me.

"Yeah cmon it's not that scary!" I say putting it on.

The film started and Dan already look frightened. I edge closer to him placing my head on his shoulder holding his hand.

"Don't be scared." I whisper

"Don't worry, I've got you I will be fine." He smiles

We watch a couple more films before Phil gets up and turns on the light and heads to bed.

"Night guys!"

"Night." Dan says

"Stay in the light!" I joke.

"I might head off too." Dan yawns.

"You gunna be okay sleeping?" I giggle.

"Hmm maybe I need some company?" He says kissing me on the forehead.

I lean forwards connecting our lips. For a minute everything was perfect.

The light suddenly switched off.

"Oh my fucking shit!" Dan says jumping.

We then start to hear scratching.

"Phil?" I say kind of scared.

Soon we hear a laugh coming from the hallway.

"Fuck you Phil!" Dan shouts.

"What I couldn't help it! That's what you get for making me watch a horror film." He laughs.

Shortly after we hear Phil's bedroom door close.

Dan stands up and takes my hand.

"Coming to bed?"

"Cmon then." I giggle.

We walk into Dans bedroom and he closes the door.

"I will be right back I need to get some pyjamas." I say

"You can borrow one of my tops if you like?" He says showing me a t-shirt.

"Thanks."

Dan turns around and he changes, I do the same. As I take my top off I feel two arms around my waist and a pair of lips on my neck.

"Your beautiful! You know that?"

I turn around and kiss his lips again but the kiss is more passionate this time. I pull away to put his t-shirt on and climb into bed. I start to fall asleep cuddled in Dans arms.

"Y/n?"

"Yeah?" You reply

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

"Of course." I smile

I feel him cuddle me tighter.

Thanks for reading again. Sorry not much happened but hey Dan finally asked you out! More and exciting things will happen. I promise oh and if you like horror films you really should watch lights out. It's AmAzING!
