Chapter 11

Narrator's POV
After Thomas tried to get to Teresa, the guys were all escorted to a room and were locked their for the rest of the time till tomorrow where they would be back in the cafeteria for the rest of the time. Once they got settled in and calmed down Thomas, Leon started to think about something.
"Guys, do you think Abbie is here?" He asked.
The others responded with shrugs and grunts with their thoughts now on their first glader girl.
"Ok now is the time to tell me who Abbie is? I heard you mention her in the glade and now here. Who is she?" Thomas asked the guys.
The boys then all looked at each other before looking at Leon and Newt to answer his question.
"Well she was the first girl we got while we were in the glade." Leon said, "She was probably with us for a few weeks before they took her-"
"How did they take her?" Thomas asked.
"We'll tell you later. It's a long story." Minho said.
"Well continuing. She bonded with us. A lot of us felt like she was such a close friend. I felt like she was my little sister." Leon said.
"So she had a big impact on all of you." Thomas said.
"Yeah she did but she probably had a bigger impact on him." Leon said and nodded over at Newt who has his head down
Newt look then looked up and looked at Thomas who had his questioning look on his face.
"Thomas, she was probably the closest person I ever had in the glade other than Alby." He said and again saw the questioning look on Thomas' face before continuing, "She was my girlfriend before she was gone."
Thomas then looked at him in shock while the others stayed quiet.
"But the question of if she's here, I don't know but I do know she is alive." Newt said.
