I breathed heavily, sweat and tears flowing down my face. Where was I? I looked around and quickly recognized where I was, I was hiding behind the waterfall again.

(That's the waterfall by the way)
I panicked, why was I here again? Did it all never happen? Did I never meet Gaster? Is Ink still real? I started to breathe heavily until I heard some splashing outside. I slowly walked closer towards the front of the room, straining my ears. The splashing abruptly stopped, right in front of my hiding place. "I've searched the whole Underground for her, Papyrus, I don't know where she could be." I've heard that before... What was going on? The past events that occurred here shot themselves into my mind. He had heard me last time because I was breathing heavily, maybe he won't catch me this time? I stilled my breathing and kept my body still, my fear had strangely disappeared. "Do I hear what, Paps?" He questioned. What?! How did he hear me?! I'm making zero noise! Unless... It wasn't me he heard. The splashing came even closer, enough for me to hear clearly through the rushing sound of water. "Yeah, I do hear it now. You think it's her?" I knew I couldn't let what happened last time happen again. So, gathering all of the courage I could...
I ran full force through the waterfall.
I crashed into Sans, who wasn't even an inch away from the hidden entrance. We both fell into the water like dominoes. Luckily, I didn't get the worse of it. I quickly regained my thought process and quickly grabbed the knife out of his left hand. He tried to grab it back, and was almost successful if I hadn't rolled off of him and started to bolt for it. I heard a familiar popping sound from behind me, I looked behind me to see a... I'm not sure what it was, it might've been a portal. That sans-looking figure came out of it and tackled Sans, who was hurrying to get up and chase me. While I was running and looking behind me, I ran straight into a random wall. Luckily I didn't stab myself with the knife that was still in my hand. I held my cheek in pain but I knew I didn't have time to waste. I ran around the wall and quickly regained my pace. I was soon in the hallway where I had met Gaster in, but the light gray door wasn't there. Suddenly a hand yanked the knife out of mine. Before I could spin my head behind me, I was pinned to the ground. I started to scream, tears pouring down my face. "Help! Gaster! Ink! Somebody help!" I called out.
...
But nobody came.
"Any last words, Y/n?" Sans asked behind me, slightly pressing a sharp object into the back of my head. I winced, and let out a deep breath. "Ink... please help..." I gasped out. "A poor choice of last words if you asked me, goodbye Y/n." A skull splitting (literally) pain ripped through my head until all I saw was black.
"Y/N!" A foggy voice shouted. "Y/N!!" I felt my body being shook. "Y/N! WAKE UP IT WAS A DREAM!" My eyes darted open, Ink was shaking me with worry in his eyes. I was breathing heavily, sweat and tears pouring down my face as they were in the dream. "W-What?" I asked, confused as to what the hell just happened. "Thank goodness you're awake, are you okay?" He questioned while trying to wipe some of the sweat off my forehead, since his hand is made of bone it didn't really do much. "Y-Yeah, j-just a nightmare..." I muttered, still trying to regain my breath. It had felt so real... "Why were you screaming my name?" He asked while letting me go. The memories of the nightmare floated in my head, usually I couldn't remember dreams. "I-I just had a nightmare about Sans, I'm fine." I lied, I wasn't fine. "Can you tell me what happened?" Ink inquired. My heart beat started to race at the thought. "I-I can't... It was really bad." I lied once again. Truth is I really did want to talk about it but, I still didn't know Ink all that well. Sure, he saved me and all that but I've always had trouble discussing my true feelings. "I know you're lying, and I understand why you don't want to talk about it. However, I need to make sure that... someone else isn't interfering with your dreams." He stated. I cocked my head to the side, not sure if I heard him right. "Someone interfering with my dreams? Who would do that?" I questioned. "A bad person with a lot of power who could seriously mess up your mind." Ink explained. "Oh..." Was all I murmured out. There was an awkward silence for a few seconds before Ink spoke up again. "So could you please tell me?" He requested, looking at me with big eyes. Who could say no to that? "Alright..." I took a deep breath before getting into the explanation. "I was back behind the waterfall I was hiding from Sans in, I didn't know what happened. I remembered what happened last time I was there. The previous events started to happen again, and remembering what had happened last time I decided to change it. When I knew Sans was close enough, I bolted out and tackled him. I grabbed the knife out of his hand and started to book it. I had looked behind me when running and saw this... portal looking thing and that Sans-looking figure I was talking about earlier came out. I kept running until I was in the hallway where I had met Gaster in, but the door wasn't there. I panicked and then Sans came up behind me and snatched the knife away. He pinned me to the ground and... killed me." I finished, taking deep breaths and fighting tears. Ink looked at me with pure shock, I could tell a million thoughts were running through his head. "What's wrong Ink?" I asked him. He snapped back into reality at the sound of my voice. "You... timeline jumped?" He asked, mainly to himself. "What's that?" I questioned. "Never mind, no one interfered with your nightmare. I-I'm gonna go get some fresh air." He stated while walking out the door at a relatively fast pace. I sat there confused for a second before my eyelids started to get heavy again. I still didn't get enough sleep... What time was it anyway? I looked around for a clock of some sorts but oddly enough, there were none. Strange. It was then I just realized I was in an unfamiliar room. In an unfamiliar bed. There were pieces of paper with drawings on them scattered across the walls, I assumed this was Ink's room. He definitely was a talented artist. He must've carried me from the couch to his bed... The thought made my face go warm. I don't know why but the thought of Ink carrying me made me blush... a lot. I don't understand why though, Papyrus and Undyne used to carry me around all the time. They liked to carry everyone around... I smiled at a few of the memories I had of them, I missed them so much... I felt a few fresh tears go down my face. Will I ever stop crying?! I let out a shaky sigh and laid back in bed, I didn't fall asleep though. Too many thoughts were rushing through my mind. Why did this happen to me? What did I do wrong? The next thought that came to my head left me in shock. Why didn't I disappear when my universe was destroyed? Ink said that anything I might've brought with me would disappear... but why didn't I disappear? I sat back up and got out of the bed, I knew I couldn't fall back asleep. My legs were wobbly and sore. Most likely from all the sitting and laying around I did back in hiding and then the abrupt running for my life. I was tempted to snoop around Ink's room, but my stomach growled out in hunger. I obeyed it's commands and opened the door. I walked down the short hallway and walked down the stairs. I didn't see Ink anywhere, I was still confused as to what he was talking about earlier? Timeline jumping? I was still new to the whole alternate universe thing. It blows my mind to be honest, so many different realities out there and I got stuck with the one where my best friend kills everyone. Just my luck, I guess. I walked into the kitchen and opened the fridge, it looked like it had just been stocked. Do skeletons even need to eat? I know Sans would eat but did he really need to? Or did he just eat for the pleasure of how good food tastes? I should really give up trying to understand how living magic skeletons work. I probably have infinite questions. Like, how do skeletons taste without a tongue? Do they have a tongue? I give up. I grabbed an apple and started to munch on it while I sat on the couch. I looked around for the TV remote but I couldn't find it anywhere. I groaned as I leaned against the couch while taking another bite of the apple. I was so bored... I saw a notebook over on a table to my right. I finished eating the apple and threw it away. I grabbed the notebook and flipped through the pages, it was completely blank. Perfect. There was a pencil in it's spirals which I pulled out and sat back down on the couch. I started to sketch out a picture of an apple.
~Time skip brought to you by me~
It had been at least 30 minutes, I had completed drawing the base and the stem, now I was beginning to shade it. Suddenly the front door opened causing me to flinch, luckily I didn't mess up the drawing. I looked up to see Ink walking over to me. "Hey, sorry I was gone so long." He said. "It's fine." I replied while looking back at my drawing. I started to get super self conscious of my art skills and closed the book before he could see it. "What were you drawing?" He asked while sitting down next to me. "N-Nothing." I answered too quickly. I started to blush a small bit, oh no he probably thinks I drew something... inappropriate. "I-I-It w-wasn't anything b-bad!" I stuttered out quickly. My face was probably rose red. "Heh, I understand." He chuckled at my reaction. "Can I please see it?" He begged, using those big eyes against me again. "F-Fine..." I opened the book back up and let him see the page. "It's not done yet..." I muttered. Why was I like this? He looked at the page in wonder, for some reason almost everyone did. "Y/n, this is amazing!" He exclaimed while looking up at me. For some reason, getting that compliment from him made me feel really proud of myself. Weird... Everyone has said the same thing about my other drawings but when it came from him it seemed... I don't know. Maybe because he's such a fantastic artist himself getting the compliment from him really meant something. "T-Thanks." I stammered. Congratulations! Your rose red blush has evolved to a tomato red blush! "You're welcome. Do you mind if I introduce you to some of the other Sanses?" He asked. "U-Uh, sure." I answered, little did I know that things we're gonna get pretty weird and pretty crazy real quick.
