~Y/n's POV~

I think I've finally earned Blade's trust. She's had a lot of panic attacks here lately and I've been there through all of them to comfort her. She always brushed me off afterwards and pretended it didn't happen, but I could see improvement.

She's been sort of getting along with the others, but some I can tell she doesn't like. For example, I think she despises Poison despite their similarities. But in her defense, Poison despises her too.

We had set up a room for her and she had been spending most of her time there. We all had no idea what she did in there because she would hiss at who ever entered. Literally. I was starting to get some deja vu.

Lavender was also making some improvements. She finally wasn't moody and upset all the time and I could tell she was making an effort to not flirt with every living thing she sees. Occasionally she still would, but it wouldn't be anything major. Just a pickup line every once in a while.

It was finally time for me to suck up my fear and take a pregnancy test. It had been over 2 weeks and I had been procrastinating. If I was pregnant then we would have to change a lot of our plans.

We had almost finished our plan of attack. We were definitely battling Nightmare in Overtale on a grassy hill that overlooked Ebott City. The sun hit directly on top of the hill so it was the perfect place to go.

I was sketching a random landscape picture right now, it had been a while since I've had time to draw. It's been really busy here lately and I was glad for the time to escape into my drawings.

I was starting on the shading when there was a knock on the door. I put down my sketchbook and opened it up. Ink was looking nervous about something... it was kinda weird that he knocked instead of just entering like he normally does.

"What's up?" I asked, opening the door fully and leaning on the doorframe. His anxiety was starting to give me anxiety.

"I- um- wanted to ask you something." He said, a little bit of blush on his face.

"Yeah, go ahead." I replied, my eyebrow raising a little. He was acting odd...

"Have you- um- taken the pregnancy test yet?" Ink questioned, his voice dropping down almost to a whisper. So that's why he was nervous...

"No... not yet. I've been procrastinating and I don't even think we keep any G here." I answered, some blush on my face now. I subconsciously rubbed the area on my neck where Ink had left a hickey.

"We have some, if you- um- want to go to the store together. We'll have to lay low though, and maybe even use disguises. We can't have any chance of being caught by Nightmare's crew." Ink said, a thoughtful look on his face.

"That sounds fun. Maybe we can do some other things too if we're going in disguise." I responded, a lot of ideas popping into my mind. We could go to the movies, or get something to eat, or go to the zoo, or maybe even go camping together. Who am I kidding... all of that would probably be too risky.

"Something on your mind?" He asked. Oops, I must've been staring into space.

"It's nothing... just stupid things." I answered discouraged.
