Jacob came back and saw us kissing.
He stood there in awe and whistled.
"My my, we gotta couple here!" He chuckled and we both jumped back.
Tom put his hand on his neck and looked over at me.
I could feel my face get hot and I twiddled my thumbs.
Jacob was still cracking up.
Something in Tom flickered.
"STOP!" Tom yelled. Jacob stopped laughing and looked at him with interst of what he was going to say next.
"Ok yeah! Ivy and I have something going on, so stay out of it! I know you and Lucy are-"
"Don't you dare bring Lucy in this." Jacob said.
Tom could tell I was confused.
"'Want me to tell Ivy what I saw in the barn yesterday?"
"Uhhh...-"
Exactly. You didn't see us, I didn't see you."
Jacob looked dumbfounded.
"Ivy, keep this boy to your side, he's gotta good head in him." I nodded and smiled.
Toms hand grabbed mine and he pulled me to the path leading to the house
"What was that?" I asked him.
"I have no idea! I saw you get nervous and I got over protective."
The butterflies where fluttering in my stomach.
"What makes you think I was nervous?"
"You blush like crazy! Here let me show you."
He pulled me close to him and kissed me quickly, making the butterflies freeze.
I felt my face burn and looked away quickly. I felt him lean to me and whisper in my ear:
"No matter what, you will never be scared when your with me." My heart melted.
"Wow, you sure know how to charm a girl." I said.
"No I really don't, I only know how to charm you." He gave me a big grin and we finally arrived at the house. Every thing was the same as when we left, but I felt different, more alive, more me.
"NEW PEOPLE!" Jacob yelled and everyone stopped what they where doing and ran to the front gate. It was two boys.
"Guys, this is Alex and Cody, both are 14." They both nodded their heads and I looked at Alex, who was making google eyes at Hannah, and Hannah was doing the same.
I looked over at Cody, he was staring at me like I was something he has never seen before, then I felt Toms hand on my waist and he pulled me close.
His face was stern when he looked at Cody, almost full of hate.
"Hannah, Ivy, show these boys around, Tom, i need your help in the barn.
Tom sqeezed my hand.
" Please be safe." he whispered.
I nodded slowly and he kissed mt cheek.
Cody sat in the distance watching me.
"um ok well... let's go... I guess." I said.
We went off into the house and Hannah did most of the talking, Alex did the drooling, and Cody did the watching. I just stood around and watched everything closely.
At the end, Tom came rushing to my side and giving Cody the death glare. I must say this; Boys. Are. Weird.
