~If you don't realize early on this is from Poseidon's POV, also shortly before last chapter~

I listened to my son's soft breathing, Percy seemed to stir a little in his sleep but didn't wake up.

I was actually glad that he wasn't waking up, the creatures we used to sedate him would kill a normal demigod. If he woke up, he would be far too weak to walk around or even eat.

Good thing Percy isn't normal.

I gently brushed his damp hair from his forehead.

I sighed and stood up, I walked out of the cabin and down to the big house. There, Chiron sat with Dionysus and Chrysaor's two children.

They talked about the simple things they could handle, I saw that both of my grandchildren had taken off their gloves.

Their tattoos showed, the tattoos that every camper had.

Why?

So we don't loose them.

I sat down with them quietly, Chiron spoke up first.

"I see that the sea is calm for once, are you enjoying having Percy back?"he asked.

I smiled and nodded. I had been stressed out about Percy vanishing from that tree, I was happy, yes, but the thought that a monster or titan got him for a third time. . .

I suppressed the thoughts and memories of the chaos that had followed. I refused to have him ripped apart in front of me again.

Randol grinned at me, "Hey, is he going to be coming to school with us?"

Let me tell you about Randol. . . he idolized Percy along with the rest of the camp.

"Sorry, but you saw his blood. He needs to cool down a little before I can let him out," I told them. In a way, it was true.

He groaned and sat back down, "By the way, why was his blood. . ."

"Let's wait for another time to talk about that," Dionysus said, looking up from his pinochle and staring at a passing by Hermes kid.

I heard door steps behind me, I glanced away from my grandchildren to see the immortal hunter of Apollo, Will Solace, walking towards me.

"So, I take it he's still asleep?" he asked and sat in a free chair.

I nodded, "Yes, he still is. How long until you think he will wake up?"

"I specialize in demigods," Will replied.

I stared into the distance as I saw Apollo's hunt arrive, my eyes drifted onto Apollo, making my gaze harden into a vengeful glare. How dare he come anywhere close to my son?

I looked to Will, suddenly pinning my anger onto him, "I think you should go with your father. Thank you for your help in capturing Percy, now run along."

He stared at me blankly, and then got up. He started towards his fathers hunt.

I flexed my jaw and stood up, going towards my cabin where my only son rested. Demigods stared as I passed by, I'm sure that Randol or Christian had told somebody of my sons awakening and arrival, and then they told their siblings and so forth.

I opened the door, dim eyes stared at me with a look of delusion in them. Oh no, not again.

"Percy?" I asked him gently, careful not to scare him away again.

His eyes widened a little bit, I sighed, "Oh good, you're awake."

I moved over to him, wanting to give him attention. I wrapped my arms around him and held him tightly to my chest, for a second he tried to push but quickly stopped pushing me away to my pleasure.
