Remember When?

~I just realized that When I remember is #100 in percyjackson, that is so cool! Thank you to everyone who decided to vote, it means a lot to know that my writing is half decent.~

As gods showed up to fight the giant primordial in the sky, so did Titans. Which was never a good sign, it usually meant war when big monsters show up. I would know, I was part of one.

Once Percy was out of the way, Nico let his powers go. Shadows pulled at her hair, licked at her legs trying to pull her down.

It didn't work but it stunted her.

Will flicked his hand, light came from his palm and I covered my eyes. She covered hers, clearly blinded by his powers.

I began to slow time. . . It wasn't something I was used to doing but with Ares flying around attacking her and Zeus chucking lightning, it was. . . Helpful.

She screamed, "You are all pathetic! I'll crush you and take the divine Oracle with me!"

I paused, Percy's the god of divine Oracle's, there are no other divine Oracle's other than him. She has to be referring to Percy.

Well, here goes nothing, "You should relax, maybe go to sleep? Surely you must be stressed out."

I continued, "Surely you should check on Percy. He's still in the tree."

She slowly turned around.

Percy suddenly came flipping out of nowhere, "Listen up! You have one more chance to go away!"

Her previously glazed over eyes returned to normal. Almost worked.

She laughed at him, "Oh poor Percy, You still have no clue? You'll be so-"

"Pissed off when I find out I'm a god? Been there already," he snapped.

I realed in confusion. Gods this day is so hard to deal with, couldn't we of just ran away when we saw them coming?

Percy stood next to me, his eyes furious.

A blush creeped up my neck, Percy looked. . .

He pushed his arms downwards and he flew into the air, he then swung his foot out towards his mother's face and smacked her dead in the nose.

She flew back a few feet and held her nose, "You're grounded, brat."

Percy scoffed, "Only my family can ground me."

Chaos was stunned for a few seconds, I saw the hurt in her eyes. It was suddenly replaced with rage, she spun towards Posiedon and began to let balls of negative energy fly at him.

"We need to unlock Percy's powers!" Nico shouted to me.

"I know how to do it!" Will shouted, Percy landed next to us and stumbled a little.

"Whatever it takes to keep you guys safe," he promised.

I grabbed his shoulder, "We were the ones tasked with keeping you safe all of those years ago. Let us keep you safe."

"We just need to trigger you," Nico replied to him.

Percy looked at all of us, he jumped as Chaos blasted a void ball at the Dionysus cabin.

"Do it," he said to us.

Both Wills and Nico's eyes landed onto me, I sighed and grabbed both of Percy's shoulders.

I looked him dead in the eyes, knowing full well what he would feel.

"Oh Afosìois Perseus, lord of the tides of space and earth, shaker of realms and hider of memories. Beholder of the youth, both poisoned and mortal, keeper of quests, I dear may ask, please gaze upon your roots and tell me what future may I tread along?"

He knit his eyebrows in confusion, but then everything became deadly quite all around us. Everyone stopped moving and turned their attention to Percy, both willingly and unwillingly.

His eyes became a pure golden, just like how mine were when Kronos had possessed me all of those years ago. Golden smoke poured from his beautiful lips, he sighed outwards.

I braced myself, I didn't like my prophecy enough, but not being able to stand up was too much.

The smoke from Percy's mouth curled around me, I felt it hold me in place. My body was paralyzed by him and his gaze.

"Follow the path that drives the pulse, bury no further and he will seek," he said. The ground shook with every word, "For each season and every death, one will have the very last breath. Gifts or curses, you must choose, For when the wind blows the cradle may fall."

Everybody gasped around us and fell to the ground.

Chaos looked right at me with. . .fear?

Percy almost fell down but I caught him in my arms, he looked up at me and winked, "I think that first line means follow your heart."

I blushed at him and smiled stupidly, "You've told me that before."

He put his hand in the air as everything started to move again.

"That sucked," he whispered, "so you think I have my powers now?"

"Well, we know that one of them works. Why not the rest?" I told him.

He gazed behind me, "I think we should go and see."

~This chapter was just hard to write, so I made it short so I could switch back to Percy's Pov because damn this is getting hard.~
