Nice and Smart (DRABBLE)

Luffy looked furious.

"WHAT WAS THAT?" he yells for the world to hear, all his anger directed to Shanks. Runa always knew that Luffy had a more explosive temper compared to her but this was something else, someone she's never witnessed before.

Shanks blinked, startled but quiet. He waited for Luffy to continue, doesn't look away or cringe from the anger.

Luffy did not disappoint. "WHY DIDN'T YOU FIGHT BACK? YOU COULD'VE TAKEN THEM EASILY BUT YOU JUST STOOD THERE! AND EVERYONE WAS LAUGHING!"

Runa tilted her head.

Shanks smiled, "Is that so, Luffy? I think that you have to know sometimes, not all battles must be fought in order for us to win."

"I clearly misjudged you," Luffy declared. Runa took a moment to realise misjudged was a word she had used a few days ago. She continued to watch as Luffy jumped off the stool and stalked over to her.

Shanks laughed good-naturedly, "Come on, Luffy!" he grabbed Luffy's hand and that was when Runa lost her composure.

Because Luffy's hand began stretching, wide and long, his palm stayed within Shanks' grasp but Luffy's body was already at the bar exit. Runa gaped then she glared at Shanks.

"You! What did you do to my brother!"
