It was a Devil Fruit, apparently. A fruit that turned Luffy's entire body into rubber, a rubber person. Runa pulled his cheek again before letting it go, watching as the elastic bounced Luffy off his seat.
"Oi!" Luffy shouted. Runa stared at him, "Devil Fruits are so weird, how does this work? Does this mean you won't grow anymore?"
"What?!" Luffy shrieked in protest. Now he looked a little panicked. "I need to grow!"
Runa narrowed her eyes, "What would happen if I electrocuted you? Are you immune to it now? Let me try."
Luffy shrieked again, "Makino! Runa wants to kill me!"
"What? No! I just want to experiment on you, Luffy!" Runa scrambled after him.
