I knocked on her door.
"Lily? Are you awake?" I heard mumbling, then a crash.
"Lily? Is everything alright in there?" Silence. I unlocked the door and quietly entered. I didn't know if someone had managed to get inside but if they did, they were dead.
I checked the bathroom and the kitchen before looking in the bedroom part. I poked my head around the corner. She was still asleep. I noticed she had knocked a lamp off the nightstand.
So that's what the crash was.
I couldn't help but notice how the blanket wasn't fully covering her. I could see her entire back, her skin looked soft and silky. It looked as if the sun had kissed her.
How can someone from New York be this tan?
Her legs looked so damn sexy, the covers covering her mid thighs up, except her back. Her honey blonde hair flowing all over the place. It looked so soft. She hugged her pillow tighter.
She looked like an angel while she was sleeping, so peaceful. She was a spitfire when awake though. I chuckled at the thought. I jumped when my phone rang.
"No! Shhhhhhh. Shut up, shut up, shut up!" I muttered under my breath. I looked to see if she woke up, she was stirring. I was trying desperately to shut it off.
Why must you call now Oliver? My stupid brother! I finally managed to get it shut off. I must've looked like a boy caught watching porn by his mother.
"Who's there?" Oh my fucking god she's awake. I have no escape. My life is over, I don't care if I'm a Moretti. This woman obviously doesn't fear me, I m dead. Not my precious balls.
It's as if I was watching my life flash before my eyes as I imagined her killing me. I heard her rustle around some more. I risked another peek. She was putting her robe on, getting a good view of her back once more. She turned around instantly. I hid back behind the corner.
Please don't have seen me. I have a life, a child. Oh god have mercy on my soul. I should've never came in here.
"I know your in here, show yourself and I won't kill you." What the hell!? Oh my god I'm so done for. She is scarier than my worst enemies. I'm a business man acting like a chicken over a woman.
Thankfully where I was at, she couldn't see me as she went to the kitchen. I heard a knife being drawn. My eyes widened in shock.
Yep! I'm done for.
"Where are you? Let's play Marco Polo? I'll go first, Marco?"
My heart was beating so fast. I saw her go into the bathroom, I bolted for the door.
"Found you polo. You didn't give me a hint." I stood still, hoping that I would become invisible. "Turn around."
Please just let me live you psycho.
"LANCE?! What the hell are you doing in here?!" She set the kitchen knife down. "Are you seriously stalking me!? What kind of pervert are you?"
"No! Please don't kill me, this is all a misunderstanding." She came closer. She looked mad as hell, she went to take another step but tripped over the carpet-tile change.
I caught her, but we both ended up on the ground. She face planted into my chest, I let out a grunt.
For someone so tiny, she sure is heavy.
She propped herself up and I couldn't help but notice her robe had slipped down some, exposing part of her chest.
"Um... peekaboo." I was trying to point at her chest but was failing.
"What?" She scrunched her eyebrows together.
"You might want to fix your robe." She looked down and gasped. She turned beat red, like a tomato. She rushed to fix it and got up, nearly squashing me in the process.
"If this is all a misunderstanding, then please clear it up."
"Lily, I'm so sorry. I had no idea you had a daughter. If I would've known I wouldn't have made you stay. I came to... I guess get you back home to your daughter."
"What the hell are you talking about? I don't have a daughter!?"
Wait what!?
