Y/n L/n was a quiet girl, she liked to keep her circle small. She came from a wealthy family. Her parents were both Slytherin, so naturally she was sorted into Slytherin as well. That's when she befriended Pansy Parkinson and Daphne Greengrass. Pans...
You woke up sweating and panting, "Merlin, what the bloody hell was that?" You wiped the sweat from your forehead and went to the common room to get a drink of water. Even though is was just a nightmare and it wasn't true, the pain in your chest didn't seem to disappear. You hated thinking of your friends betraying you and leaving you. You hated the feeling of being alone again. Your thoughts were interrupted when you saw people entering the common room, "Probably time for lunch." You thought and you made your way into the Great Hall.
As you were walking down the hall, you saw Pansy and Daphne walking through the door. They saw you as you made your way to them, "Are you feeling better?" Pansy asked you and you nodded and smiled. "Yeah, I had a nightmare though, but I'm glad I got some rest." Pansy smiled and held your arm as you walked into the hall to eat. Draco and Blaise entered a couple minutes after and sat with the three of you. You grabbed a piece of chicken and some potatoes and began to eat. Your mind kept wandering to the nightmare, but you tried your best to forget about it. None of your friends would ever betray you.
3rd Person Point Of View:
Draco looked at Y/n, noticing something was wrong. Y/n hardly looked up from her food or even talked in the conversation they were having. He wanted to ask if you were okay, but she always seemed to turn down conversations with him, so he didn't try. Once everyone had finished eating their lunch they all made they wait into DADA for another lesson with Lupin. Y/n really enjoyed that class because she was finally learning actual spells to use against dark magic.
Professor Lupin began to discuss curses and their counter spells. He informed the students of the importance of blocking harmful spells because it could hurt them or potentially kill them. "Alright let's all partner up and practice shall we?" Professor Lupin told the class. Everyone began to pair up, Y/n was getting out of her seat to go towards Pansy, but Daphne got their first. She didn't mind though, they would always switch between each other so none of them felt left out. "You want to be partners?" Draco asked her and she smiled, mentally thanking him for not leaving her alone. "Okay, let's start with easy ones, you can throw the spells at me and then we will switch." Draco told Y/n and she nodded. For about 15 minutes both of them threw spells at each other and successfully blocking them.
After all their classes everyone was rushing to get into the dungeons and grab Slytherin gear to support their house. Y/n grabbed and oversized green sweater and threw on some jeans with shoes and left with Pansy and Daphne to the Quidditch field. They sat on the Slytherin side towards the edge and waiting for the game to begin. Moments later the Slytherin team came out flying in sync and their house screamed with excitement, some occasional boo's from every other house. Then the Ravenclaw team came out and everyone, but Slytherin screamed for them.

The quaffle and bludgers were set free and each teams chaser and beaters went after it. The golden stitch was released as well as Draco skimmed the sky for the gold tiny ball. Y/n saw as Marcus Flint flew towards the ball and the opposing team tried their hardest to reach him and throw bludgers at him.
They were slower than Slytherin, after all they did have the newest brooms. Flint passed the ball to Adrian Pucey as they alternated between them, so the Ravenclaw chaser couldn't get a hold of the quaffle. Flint gets the ball and threw it into the hoop, "10 points to Slytherin by Marus Flint with the help of Adrian Pucey!" A student explained. The quaffle was now held by someone from Ravenclaw, but they were quickly thrown off their broom by Blaise, who threw a bludger– since he was a beater. Y/n's attention switched to Draco as she watched him look into the sky. His head moving side to side as his eyes widen as he spotted the stitch.
He flew towards the stitch and Cho Chang, the Ravenclaw's seeker followed Draco. They were both side by side avoiding each bludger being thrown at them. Y/n saw as Draco reached for the stitch and smiling widely and screaming in excitement. "150 points to Slytherin, Draco Malfoy has caught the stitch! Slytherin wins!" Every slytherin jumped in excitement as they made their way towards the field. The team carried Draco as he showed the stitch. Many people congratulated him and his smiled grew bigger.
In the dungeons all Slytherin's were praising Draco for winning the game. His smirk didn't fade the whole night. He was proud of himself for winning the game for his house. "I told you I was the best seeker." He proudly told Y/n and Pansy as they smirked. "He is not going to let this go, him winning the game has raised his ego to the max." Pansy told Y/n and she laughed. "Is that a bad thing?" Y/n asked her and she shrugged. "We'll find out soon." She said as she took a sip of her drink. It left her thinking, would everyone praising him make Draco change? She has only known him for a couple days, he still tormented others– Y/n doubted he could get worse.
