Lando and Oscar enjoyed listening to music together. But there was always one song that made Lando just- break down. Oscar never knew why it made him cry, but it did.
And one day, Oscar was playing music off his own speaker in his room, not loud, like Lando's, it was a respectable volume. But he knew lando could hear it.
Oscar didn't notice the song of choice, until the lyrics picked up.
He scrambled to turn the song off as quickly as he could, but he's pretty sure the damage had already been done to Lando. He turns his music off all together with a sigh.
He grabs his phone and goes out his drivers room, knocking on Lando's softly. "Lando.." he called out gently.
He heard a faint sniffle inside. Then the door creaked open, revealing a teary lando. Who was heaving to catch his breath and wiping his cheeks.
Oscar's shoulders sagged, "oh..lando I'm sorry..I didn't realise the song was on," he said softly, moving closer to lando to step inside the room. Lando let him.
He didn't put up any fight or anything, he just stood infront of Oscar silently. Well, as silent as he could be as he let little sobs shake from his body.
Oscar wrapped his arms around Lando, something he didn't really do often. He'd made it quite clear that he didn't like it when people touched him. But just this once, he thinks he could let Lando have this hug.
Lando gasped, "your- your hugging me.." he whispered, his arms slowly wrapping around Oscar's neck.
"Yeah, embrace it," Oscar chuckled softly.
Lando let out a weak laugh as well. His arms tightening. "I am..trust me.." he whispered.
They stayed like that for a while, Oscar's arms wrapped around lando, making him feel safe, letting him have a soft space to cry. Or not so soft, Oscar's chest was quite firm.

Once lando had calmed down, he realised they were now on the small couch in the corner of his drivers room. In Oscar's lap. He was IN OSCARS LAP.
He lifted his head, taking a deep breath, his eyes red and half lidded. Crying makes his eyes sting, it makes him tired.
"Why don't you sleep for a while?" Oscar whispered softly.
Lando nodded, "ok.." he mumbled quietly.
Oscar didn't really care if they missed a bit of practice, or whatever. Lando was the only thing that was important to him right now.
He felt lando relax on top of him, his breathing evening out. The soft puffs of small breaths hitting his neck and his collar bone. Oscar loved it.
He watched the slow fall and rise of Lando's back as he slept. Eventually, he drifted off as well.
Hopefully no one would disturb them for a while, letting them sleep for a bit.
