"You want to dance with me?"
"Snake dance!" I giggled at his absolutely adorable answer, but I didn't really know what that meant.
"How do you snake dance?"
"Point."
"Point?" I still didn't understand. He floated over to my hand and nuzzled my pointer finger and my middle finger. I held up the two and he did a figure eight. I did it with my hand and he followed my fingers, doing the motion again. I paused, starting to think it through.
I guided him in a few loops and twirls and he followed my movements perfectly. I began to understand. So, I began to dance. It was almost like ribbon dancing, guiding him along and making him do fancy tricks while passing him from hand to hand. It was really fun! I loved it!
"You're such a clever little thing! What made you think of this, Silk?" I asked.
"You dance."
"Well, yes, but I've never danced like that before. I like it, though! We should keep practicing and show Tony and Pepper sometime soon, huh?" He nodded excitedly. I chuckled. He's just so cute!
I yawned and he nuzzled my cheek before flying back up to where my bed was. I smiled and followed him. I laid back down and he got ready to go back into my necklace. I stopped him. "Thanks for that, buddy." I yawned again as I got ready for bed. "G'night..." He hissed softly, flicking his little tongue at me before slipping back into my necklace as I began to fall asleep.
I found myself walking through a huge beautiful garden. Everything around was so big. Or was I just small? I didn't know. I didn't see any creatures aside from the birds, and they looked the same to me.
There was a huge tree up ahead, but it looked familiar. I looked around, starting to remember this place. It was hazy, but it was there. I remembered the orange leaves and the crystal clear blue water. It was breathtaking to see. I could see clouds rolling by near the top of the tree. It was then I realized that I must've been on top of some sort of mountain. The tree couldn't have been that close to the clouds otherwise.
I saw a few animals run by. They looked like they were playing. I didn't recognize them immediately, however, since they ran by so fast. One of them had been a fox, from what I could tell. I hadn't seen the other. I assumed it had been another fox. This place was comforting to me. I wanted to stay, but something felt wrong. I couldn't place what it was. Whatever it was, it was telling me that I shouldn't be here.
This has to be a trick or a trap. I need to get out of here. I began to head back the way I came, not daring to venture any further. As I was heading back, everything suddenly went completely silent. I swallowed hard. I always hate that part... Then, my crystal started to glow. I couldn't control it. It was glowing brighter and brighter. I tried to stop it, but it wasn't working.
"Izetta." I looked around as I heard my name.
"...Hello?"
"Izetta, can you hear us?" I growled a little. I didn't like this. Now I knew something was wrong. I stayed transformed, ready to fight if I had to.
"Show yourselves!"
"Listen, you have to come back."
"Come back? What are you talking about? What's going on? Where am I?"
"You need to remember. We'll help you." I turned and I saw...myself. No, not me. They had different colors and different horns.
"You're...like me." I was confused and a little scared.
