I had the next day off, I'd be surprised if I didn't, the gear I wore was heavy as hell, and that tired me out the most out of the entire ambush.

I found myself thinking about that certain guy in the club - how smoothly he spoke, and how classy he looked.

I wondered if there was a chance that he'd be at that club once again.

The news channels had been going crazy over the raid of the bank, and the most greatest picture I've ever seen of myself in history appeared in numerous news announcements.

It wasn't a blatant picture of my face - obviously not - but it was the one where I was fully kitted out, black gear, black bulletproof vest, black balaclava and headgear, my eyes were blurred out, my gun in my arms.

Man, I wish I could email the news company to send me the photo, because I'd hang it on my wall proudly.

I sat, adoringly staring at the news channel that was just complimenting me over and over again.

"Grouped with a team of three agents, Agent 003, the most notorious one of them all, managed to take down a building with men associated with the Sim Jaeyun. In their brave raid, underdog leader, Kim Sihyun was caught and placed into custody." The woman announced, and I just gave a sigh, turning my tv off.

The guy wasn't talking a word, and we were waiting for analysis on the building from forensics still. Damn, people just had to be difficult.

I had to take a break though, and still, circling in my thoughts, Jake appeared numerous times.

Deciding to test my luck, I concluded that I'd return back to the bar and see if perhaps we do - infact - cross paths once more.

I hurriedly changed, attempting for a makeup look that didn't look too slutty - but ended up anyways.

And finishing up, I ran the hell out of my place, making my way towards that exact same club.

It had the same aura as it did the first day I came - the music blaring, lasered lights beaming up and down throughout the place.

People still continually stared at me, slowly strutting through the entrance of the club, and towards the bar.

A small smirk creeped up on my face, seeing that a blonde man, broad and bold with his posture, was conveniently sat at the bar.

I paid no attention to any details on the back of him, just seeing the blonde hair of his immediately caused excitement to run through my veins.

Acting as if nonchalant, I sat right beside him, staring at the bartender who just swallowed hard at the sight of me.

Why the hell was this guy so scared of me despite the fact I've never done anything to him?

"The usual?" The bartender asked me, and I just nodded - I wasn't a regular, but I suppose now I was.

The beautiful man turned his head to look at me, a huge smirk forming onto his lips, his teeth showing through his smirk. He had a sharp, devilish look in his eyes, and he looked tainted with a little annoyance and frustration.

"We do cross paths again, Hikari." Jake stared into my eyes, observing them very intently. He stared at every detail in my eyes, til he could probably paint a picture to pristine accuracy.

"Is it a coincidence, or is it fate, Jake?" The tension between two attractive people was too much, but I enjoyed the thrill of it too much to even stop.

Jake gave a scoff, looking down for a split second before back at my face. I took a sip of my drink, pretending as if I didn't feel his gaze burning into my skin.

"Suppose we'll see if I keep striking gold with seeing you." Jake's words never failed to make my heart squeeze itself together, but I kept my composure cool, "Been busy? Haven't seen you here in a while."

I turned my head slowly, exchanging a hot moment of eye contact with him.

"You were looking for me?" I chuckled, how flattering of him. Damn, if this man manages to become my first boyfriend - my standards will be extremely high for the rest of my life.

"How could I not?" Jake gave a bitter laugh, I could sense some anger in his tone today.

"What's frustrating you?" I raised a brow, leaning my head on the palm of my head as I stared at him. He turned to look at me, his eyebrows furrowed ever so slightly, probably wondering how I could read it off his face so easily.

"Just. Business matters." He was vague in his reply, as expected of a rather mysterious guy like him. He swirled his glass around, before drinking the rest of it.
