EPILOGUE

A moment later, a man stood beside me. It wasn't Jay though, Jake instead. The yacht came to a stop, gently flowing in the water.

"Isn't it just perfect?" Jake looked at my face as I stared out into the sea once more, a small boat was situated beside the yacht.

"It really is." My words softened, the moment was beautiful.

"Now watch this." He clicked his fingers, and as soon as he snapped them, fireworks from the smaller boat beside us launched off fireworks beside us. They exploded in variations of beautiful colours, patterns, whatever, it was all so mesmerising.

My eyes were locked onto them, my heart feeling nothing but immense warmth.

"I'd give everything to you Hikari." Jake suddenly spoke, I turned my head away from the bursts of fireworks continuing to be set off, and focused my attention to Jake, who got onto one knee beside me.

I placed my hand over my mouth, my heart pacing fast. The scene was beautiful, the fireworks, the sea, everything.

I looked at him, as he had a smile on his face, pulling out a dazzling ring from a box.

"Everyday I thank the world for bringing you to me. I thank you for allowing me to even be with you, it's crazy to me sometimes, but Hikari, all I could think of nowadays, was marrying you." Jake started, and my eyes began watering again, "So, will you marry me, Hikari Yoshida?"

In such happiness, I didn't even manage to reply verbally, just nodded my head a thousand times and held my hand out as he gently put the ring on my finger. He stood up, and kissed me in a way that words could never express.
