My Saviour

(Lucy's POV)

It's been 4 days but i'm finally getting discharged
from hospital i'm in my pyjamas mum bought me
the other day there so comfy.

"Let's just have you sign these then lucy can be discharged"the doctor told mum "Okay"mum said
taking the clipboard and pen and signing the paper
work.

"Nice that's all good you guys are good to go"
The doctor told us i got out of bed and put all
my stuff in the carrier bag "Let's head home
darling"Zoe said smiling at me.

We got in the car and drove home i immediately
went upstairs and lay on my bed i took out my
phone and started scrolling on TikTok again.

I got a message from Tim
-Hey lucy i can see ur home now hope ur
feeling okay.

-Im feeling good just happy to be in my bed💗xx

-That's good and your okay now right?🤨

-Yes i'm fine💗xx

-Lucy. Tell me the truth.

-I'm not going to do anything okay so
don't go calling people on me again🙄

-Lucy i only rang them because i was worried about you and what you are capable of doing to yourself.

-I know but im still annoyed about it i was
literally made to stay at hospital for 4 days.

-You can be mad at me but i know you lucy
more then u think i know you would do
something and i can't handle the thought of
you actually dying okay.

-I know but one day i will die and i'd rather die young.

-Just promise you're going to be okay until Friday?

-I promise but why Friday?

-I'm hoping to see you on friday if you allow me
too come see you preferably alive?

-Of course you can see me on Friday.

-Okay good. See u friday Lu xx

I turn off my phone and lay on my bed just
staring at the ceiling and i smile a little not a
fake smile, a real smile just over the thought
of seeing Tim.

"Lucy Dinner!!"Zoe shouted upstairs "Coming Mum!!"i shout as i walk downstairs and see the
table with food on more specifically my fave meal.

A Carbonara Pasta Bake "Omg it's my favourite
meal" i say excitedly "Yes it is i'm hoping you will eat it"Zoe said smiling "Of course i will i'd be crazy to miss out on this delicious food"i say grabbing my fork.

"Okay and there's more pasta in the pan on the
oven top"Zoe said i nod and start eating my pasta
"Mmm so good"i say licking my lips "i'm glad
you like it"Mum said smiling at me i nod and
continue eating.

I finish the first bowl guilt already setting in
from the amount i just ate but second bowl seems
so good i haven't really been eating properly lately anyways so i think id be okay to get a second bowl.

"Want a second bowl Lucy?"Zoe said i nod
"Yes please mum"i say getting up and going into
the kitchen i make myself a cup of water with ice to
go with my meal.

We sit back at the table Mum got a second bowl
too thank god imagine if she didn't get a second
bowl she'd just stare at me eating my food that
would be so uncomfortable.

I finally finished my second bowl 12 minutes
later "i'm gonna go sleep now night mum love
you"i say standing up "night lucy love you too
darling"Zoe said.

I walked upstairs and got on my bed
i lay down watching my tv then i turned onto
my side and fell asleep.
