A/N: Have I given a clue on what episode? XD
"Why can't I be in the middle, Alvin?" Simon groaned.
"Simon, can you move over? You're stepping on my foot." Theodore pleaded.
"Sorry Theodore." Simon apologised, moving aside.
"That's because, it's my idea." Alvin stated proudly.
"You repeated my idea and took credit for it!" Simon argued.
"Okay, well, I came up with the idea of the blowouts." Alvin supported himself.
"But I'm her best friend." Simon grumbled.
"How many books does Jeanette read a day? This place is already like a library." Alvin remarked, ignoring Simon's comment.
"Alvin? You're pushing me all the way to the back, please move forward." Theo pulled an uncomfortable facial expression.
"Maybe I will, when Simon stops stepping on my tail." Alvin remarked sarcastically.
"Oh, sorry Alvin." Simon apologised maturely.
"Thank you Simon." Alvin took a step forward.
"Sh, here she comes!" Brittany warned from outside Jeanette's locker.
Earlier, they all invited Brittany and Eleanor over to discuss how to surprise Jeanette in school. So, the chipmunks were hiding in Jeanette's locker. As soon as Jeanette opened the door, the three brothers blew on their party blowouts, surprising Jeanette slightly.
"Whoa-ho-ho! Aren't you the almost-birthday girl?" Alvin reminded Jeanette.
Jeanette shook her head in shock and shut her locker, trapping them in. Everyone was shocked by Jeanette's sudden action.
"Guys?" She spoke through the locker.
"Can we just forget about that?" She begged, before releasing the door.
Out slid Simon and Theodore with crushed blowouts. Alvin shoved past them to get a better talk wth Jeanette.
"Forget about it?" Alvin asked in shock.
"Why don't you want to celebrate your birthday?" Theodore inquired in concern.
"Well, ever since I found out the world wasn't as magical as I thought," Jeanette scratched her head nervously, "birthdays are just another day."
With that, she walked casually past them.
"Well, that worked." Simon remarked sarcastically, causing Alvin to grumble in annoyance.
At lunch, Jeanette examined the letter again, trying to discover who her secret admirer could be. She lightly jumped when she felt a tap on her shoulder, only to realise it was Simon.
"Oh, hey Simon." She greeted.
"Whatcha got over there?" Simon asked, sitting by her.
"A letter from a secret admirer." She replied.
"What?" Simon asked in disbelief.
"From who even- hmm..." He pulled a thinking face.
It can't be him if he's so shocked, Jeanette thought to herself sadly.
