A Source's Existence

Jamie is a flipping daredevil.

Pretty much describes him.

Jamie is my guy best friend. He is pretty much the best friend out of all of his friends. He's a good guy to talk to. You'll always have fun around him.

But Sawyer's connection with him, is far more unlike mine.

Sawyer and Jamie are literally like eggs and bacon. And peanut butter and jelly. And hamburger and fries. Seriously. They are best friends. I've never seen a friendship like theirs.

If they have a problem, they'd go up to each other first.

Even if Jamie was straight, I still wouldn't see Jamie and Sawyer as lovers. They are totally fit to be best friends. They just inspire me on a daily basis.

"Jamie are we going to your room?" I ask him as he drags me away from the lunchroom.

"Yes, but I got something planned with Lillette. She has a speaker in her ear now so we can hear what she is doing. And I have a device that if you get connected with it is that I can hear what's going on through your mind so I can hear the conversation between you and Lillette." says Jamie.

"Jamie that sounds stalky, and how the hell were you able to make that?" I ask. He gives me a look.

"I have enhanced intelligence remember? I can make a few pretty cool things happen with this powered brain." says Jamie. I snicker and roll my eyes. We enter his room and he shuts the door behind him.

He digs from under his bed and pulls out these big square shaped device with a lot of wires of some sort hooked to it.

He opens it up, and it reveals a screen. He takes something out of his pocket, revealing some tiny chip, and sticks it to the side of the device.

"Come here," he says. I crouch down next to him. "I'm gonna attach a few wires on you, so don't be alarmed okay?"

"Okay?" I say shrugging. He takes one wire and connect it to my index finger, and another wire to my thumb. "How is this gonna help you hear what I'm saying?"

He holds up this wire with a sticky circle at the end of it.

"Once this sticks onto your temple, I'm gonna hear a lot of things." says Jamie. I give him a look at he peels something off the circle and suddenly sticks it to my right temple, shoving my head.

"What the hell man?" I exclaim.

Then all of sudden glitchy sounding noises come from the device. Jamie makes his hands fists and looks very happy.

"It works!" he exclaims. "Think of something? Anything!"

Anything huh...?

A sound comes from the device again.

"Jamie you've clogged the campus bathroom eight times now,"

He looks at the device like it's lame, and then looks at me in seriously?

I smile at him slyly. I can't hold back my laughter. I burst out laughing and fall backward onto his floor.

"Oh my God! Frickin' bitch!" he exclaims. He falls to the ground with me and starts tickling on my shoulder.
