29.CAN'T YOU FORGET IT?

Sana(snapping his hands in front of him): Sidharth kahan kho gaye, give me your hand I will do first aid.
Sid: Kya???
Sana: Hand, First aid....
I said gesturing towards his hand and showing first aid to him so that he could get out of wherever he is lost.
He gave me his hand but still was lost somewhere.
And his chain of thoughts broke when my phone rang and it displayed Krish calling. He called many times yesterday too but I couldn't attend it.

I was about to pick it up but Sidharth answered it before I could even reach that and I stared at him like this was not needed, I tried taking my phone from him but he gestured to continue doing first aid.

On call(speaker)
Krish: Hey Sanu kahan busy thi yaar kab se call kar raha hoon, I was so tensed yaar Sanu, aunty uncle ko bhi call nhi kar sakta tha so that they don't get worried ab chup kyun ho bolo bhi call kyun nhi utha rahi thi.

I was asking Sidharth that I will talk myself but he being him has to talk.

Sid: Aaram se bhai, relax kar yaar thoda.
K: Oh Sidharth.... Have I called on a wrong number....
Sid: Nhi be number galat nhi hai bus I answered your phone.
K: Oh..
Sid: Aur Bata kaisa hai?
K: Badiya Sanu ....
Sid: Yahin hai bhai teri Sanu first aid kar rahi hai toh maine call utha liya. Galat kar diya kya.
K: Nhi nhi aisa nhi hai bus I wasn't expecting you toh bus isliye.... And first aid theek hai na voh?
Sid: Haan be bus mere thodi si lag gayi thi.
Sana(angrily): Thodi si are you serious Sidharth pura kat chuka hai haath aur agar yeh thoda hota hai na tab toh god knows zyada kise bolte hai.
Sid: Abe yaar.....
K: I think I have called on a wrong time, you guys continue.
Sana: Nhi na Krish bol kaisa hai?
K: Main badiya bus tu call nhi utha rahi thi na toh thoda tensed tha, ek toh akele rehti hai banglore main toh bus.
Sana: Arey voh bas....
I didn't know what to say to him but he took my silence to a total different tangent but none of this is his fault as he isn't aware of the situation between me and Sidharth.
K: It's alright I understand Sidharth ke saath thi, aur I'm sorry bhool gaya tha ki tu akele nhi hai vahan.
Sana: Arey nhi .....
K: But tum ho kahan landline par call kiya tha tab Amira didi ne bola ki tu toh gahar gayi hi nhi kal.
Sid: Mere saath hai yaar, kal voh gusse main maine thoda over react kar diya tha toh....
Sana: Chalo acha hai pta toh laga ki u overreacted.
K: Acha guys relax, baad main ladh lena aur bhai tu gusse par control rakh thoda, khud ko harm karna is no solution.
Sid: I know...
K: Aur gusse ka reason jealousy tha right.
Sid: n...nh..nhi
K: Abe e kafi saalon se jaanta hoon tujhko, tere gusse ka reason humesha se Sana....
Sid: Kuch bolna mat ab aisa ki baad main manana padhe issko.
K: Abe tu nhi nhi aap abhi bhi vaise ho Sidharth, ab toh jealous hona band karo kaafi saal ho gaye yaar ab toh tumhe saath main.
Sid: Abe saale tu hi theek hai, aur ab jealous hona toh haq he mera...
Sana: Hogaya tum Dono ka...
Sid: Yes sweetheart.

I took the phone from him and removed it from speaker so that he couldn't hear about Shanaya.

Sana: Shanaya kaisi hai Krish?
K: better hai aur haan jis reason se call kar raha tha voh toh bhool hi gaya, Sana you sure u wanna meet Shanaya?
Sana: Obviously Krish
K: Alright parso second last session hai I guess uske baad you meet her if that's possible.
Sana: Obviously that's possible.
K: Nhi I mean Sidharth....
Sana: Shut up yaar Shanaya is more important at present and haan I wanted to talk to you too
K: Haan Bata na tune uss din bhi nhi bataya.
Sana: Chal mil rahe hai na parso tab Bata dungi.
K: Chal ok. Take care of yourself and him too.
Sana: Hmm chal tu bhi dhyaan rakhna.

The whole day went in a blink then, I was so busy in the work that I didn't get time to even think about anything else. Thankfully there was no fight between Sidharth and Rachit today but obviously there was a thick tension between these two. Maa-Baba has gone to supervise a different project and would return some time later. It was 9 in the night when there was a knock on the door of my cabin.

Sana: Come in.
Sid: Aur kitna time sweetheart 9 baj gaye hai raat ke, you don't wanna go.
Sana: How does it matter Sidharth.
Sid: Shehnaaz yaar not again abhi subah toh theek thi tum ab kya kiya maine.
Sana: Kuch nhi Sidharth.
Sid: Ok chal let's have dinner outside then I will drop you to your home.
Sana: I have prior commitments Sidharth.
Sid: Prior commitments?
Sana: Rachit ke saath bahar jaa rahi hoon.
Sid: And that's not happening.

O God why does I have to tell him. God knows aur kitna gussa karega yeh ab. And I hope yeh apne aap ko hurt na kare ab..

Sana: Sidharth...
Sid: Nhi Sana u are not going to go.
Sana(sternly): U are no one to stop me Sidharth.
Sid: right I'm no one... Great you enjoy your dinner and haan don't worry about me.
Sana: Sidharth sun na baba....
Sid: Already bol diya tumne jo bolna tha.
Sana: You won't drink or smoke Sidharth.
Sid: And you know what according to you I'm no one to you Ms.Gupta so I guess that's none of your concern

With this he stormed out with red eyes and his vein popping out due to anger. Why are you making it more difficult Sidharth when you were clear in your words that day then why does it affect you with whom I'm right now. I was about to go behind him but at the same time Rachit entered with a smile on his face.
R: Hi Sana.
Sana: Hi Rachit
R: Tum theek ho?
Sana: Hmm.
R: Sana are you sure because it doesn't seem like that.
Sana: Actually I'm so sorry Rachit I'm not fine I need to go, dinner ke liye kabhi aur jaayenge.
R: Sure Sana, your health comes first. Come lets go to the hospital first then I will drop you.

I rushed out of the cabin to the basement hoping he would still be there when I saw his car parked at a distance from there and I sighed. I went there but found no one and then I saw him at a distance smoking.
Sana: Mana kiya tha na maine Sidharth?
Sid: Just go yaar Shehnaaz I'm not in a right state.
He said crushing his cigarette.

Sana: chalo, I asked holding his hand.
Sid: Chodo baba I have just smoked, it's not good for you and you know that.
Sana: Pehle sochna chaiye tha.
Sid: Sana leave me....
Sana: Ek cigarette se kuch nhi hoga now please stop resisting and come in the car.
Sid: Exactly ek cigarette se kuch nhi hoga but .....
I left his hand and stared at him for a few minutes & saw him looking everywhere except me.
Sana: But kya Sidharth?
Sid: just stand here alright.

I didn't asked anything as I saw him going to his car to take mouth freshener. He gestured me to come and sit and I went as I need so many answers right now.
Sana: Y don't you listen Sidharth
Sid: I'm no one to you Shehnaaz u said it some time back I hope you remember it.
Sana: So why does it matter ki main kab,kiske saath, kahan jaa rahi hoon?
Sid: Because I didn't said that you are no one to me it was you Shehnaaz.
Sana: I hope you remember the night we separated and that would give the answer and haan if you don't then please let me know because I remember each and every word you spoke.

After a few minutes of silence he finally spoke.....
Sid: Can't you forget it Shehnaaz.......
