The Path of a Shinobi (Reader x various)

"Isn't she the one Super Gramps talked about?!"

"It's... Kaguya Otsutsuki..." I trailed off in astonishment as I laid eyes on her, but it was followed by a gulp.

Her gaze was cold and unwavering, but her eyes hardened as she scanned each one of us who were still in her hairs grasp. She threw us aside and we each roughly crashed into the ground.

A smoke of debris surrounded me and I coughed as I inhaled it. I used my upper body to lift myself up from the ground and used my legs to stand back up.

I turned around and saw incoming strands of hair and I leapt away, but it followed after me.

'Where's my dagger?' My eyes scanned the battlefield and I caught sight of my dagger lying on the ground. The only issue it that my dagger was in close proximity to her.

I ran towards it and slid on the ground as I snatched it up. I quickly spun around and swiped my dagger in front of me and ended up cutting some strands of hair, but more came afterwards and knocked me back.

The other two were trying to stand their ground, but were knocked back as well and landed on my right and left.

Kaguya was levitating and seamlessly trailed on over to us, "These two... are Hagoromo and Hamura's... no, rather they're Indra and Ashura's..."

Veins appeared beside her eyes and it appeared she had the Byakugan. She focused her attention on the Uzumaki and Uchiha, before her eyes shifted to me.

"But you... you aren't one of them. Yet...you have Hagoromo's chakra flowing inside you..."

"What?" I questioned and recalled when he planted Akako back inside me, but... I felt something else when Hagoromo covered my eyes earlier.

He must've transferred over some of his chakra and that's why my Rinnegan is stronger compared to before.

"What are your intentions?" Asked Kakashi Sensei.

"Ninshu. No, you said shinobi... it's futile to speak to you about that when all you do is tamper with chakra without knowing it's true meaning. This place, this land... is my precious nursery. I cannot let it be damaged any further. Let us stop fighting..." she trailed off.

"Then that means..." realized Naruto and we all unbelievably glanced at each other.

"Does she really mean that? It sounds too good to be true after everything we've gone though," I whispered to them.

"Here that is," she smirked and in a split second, our surrounding had changed. I felt nothing under my feet and I found myself falling straight towards a pit of lava with my team.

"What the hell?!" I screamed and I clasped my hands together as my Rinnegan appeared. I placed my hand down midair and loudly exclaimed, "Summoning Jutsu!"

Smoke surrounded me and I fell on top of my summoning which was a white bird. Much better than that ugly drill beaked bird.

I wasn't the only one who had summoned an animal, but Sasuke did too. His summoning was a brown hawk.

"Go after Naruto! I'll go after the others!" I commanded the Uchiha.

My bird and I swooped down and had Sakura and Kakashi Sensei crash right behind me on top of the bird. Rough landing, but at least they were safe.

"Is that all?" I asked them and Kakashi Sensei pointed ahead and I saw an unconscious Obito hanging against the wall with his hand pinned to the wall with a kunai.

"Ouch."

My bird flew on over to where Obito was and I stood up and removed the kunai that was lodged in his hand. He fell forward and I caught him in my arms, even though I almost lost my balance with his weight.
