"This guy..." thought Yato, "He's the head of the Deep Web. This is the guy Mikael warned us about. The man who's starting a new revolution..."
"Finish the job," said Moth-Man, walking away from Yato.
The ice user charged up an attack from their fist, forming crystals that could severely injure Yato. As he sent out a hook however, Yato quickly grabbed the arm and pointed it towards the Moth-Man, clenching the arm to his armpit to hold a tight grip.
Shk shk shk shk!
"Clever use of what you've been given," said Moth-Man.
He was behind Yato. Yato quickly turned around and pointed the fist towards Moth-Man.
"What do you suppose you will do with a gun that has no bullets?" asked Moth-Man.
Yato turned his head and instantly dropped the dead body he had held in his arms. Moth-Man had killed him instantly, unknown to Yato at all. He could usually process information at high speeds, even without his Rad-A boosting the speed of his brain neurons. In this case, he couldn't even react or see Moth-Man kill the ice user.
Moth-Man grabbed Yato's head, gripping it tightly, "Just because you are the first ranked does not mean you're the best. That goes for any of the other numbers.
As long as we're in the same class, it's fair game who is the strongest out of all of us."
"Heh, you say that just 'cause I have no Rad-A at the moment," snickered Yato with a smile, "Laugh all you want but the only reason you're winning is cause I'm at my weakest."
"That's why I need you stronger to further show the capabilities of our organization!" announced Moth-Man as he threw Yato towards the subway pillar, causing cracks within the foundation, "This is what the New Revolution is about! For so long, Class Ds and Class Cs have suffered through humility of the system! To have a strong leader such as I to lead them and ensure that they are recognized is to take over the hierarchy that divides every living being on this planet!"
Multiple soldiers raised their hands in agreement, roaring and cheering for the cause of the New Revolution. The Moth-Man had led these civilians towards a future they wanted.
"I've gotten to know that leaders can easily be influenced and corrupt," coughed up Yato as he stood up, raising his fists, "I'd rather not let another mess grow to that position again."
Suddenly, Moth-Man was right in front of Yato, kneeing him repeatedly in the gut, "When... will... you realize... that... you... are... the problem... here!?"
After the final knee, he kicked Yato to the floor. He was barely conscious, not even recognizing what Moth-Man was talking about.
Moth-Man shook his head, regaining his composure, "It's your weakness that fails you. Without your Rad-A you are nothing. It may be a temporary inconvenience for you, but it's a lifestyle for everyone else.
Who am I to try and convince you? You are the scum that we try to overcome: first ranked. Once we eliminate TOR, we eliminate everyone else with power: the MoS, the Blues, heck even your favored 'Rose.'"
Yato's eye slowly opened, "What...? You can't be serious... She's just a Class B... not even A or S.."
"I've done my homework," replied Moth-Man, staring down at Yato, "A lot of people actually. I've included her in my elimination because of her Rad-A. It's a danger to society if such a powerful Rad-A existed. And even so, she's a ticking time bomb.
She's not fit to live in this world."
Kabrummmm!
Rubble and dust cleared as the trench coats found the Moth-Man slammed into the subway wall. Yato stood where Moth-Man was, black electricity flowing around him.
"God that took a while for you to show that side..." laughed Moth-Man as he slowly stood up, "You have Rad-A that's not dependent on your brain.
Black lightning.
You used this against Seraph, but unlike your regular green or pink lightning, it tears away at your life force. Are you really willing to take that risk?"
"I wouldn't have this form if I knew I could take you down," glared Yato, his hairs raising as the black lightning calmed down.
Thunder erupted from inside the subway as Yato charged up his finger, pointing it towards Moth-Man. The black lightning that had once calmed down, spiked in length as Yato quickly pointed his finger towards the trench coats.
GAVROOMM!
Part of the subway was demolished, the exits barricaded with debris and rubble. However, the trench coats were unharmed.
"I didn't expect you to aim for the lower Classed soldiers," said Moth-Man as he placed the civilians safely against a wall, far from the rubble.
"I'm a villain anyways," smiled Yato before dropping the face, "Anyways...
If you're so fast, then why did you take the initial hit?"
"I told you, Yato," explained Moth-Man as he walked up right in front of him, the black lightning almost hitting his body, "I want to see your strength, so that I can take you down at your best."
