Bzzt! Bzzzzt! Bzzzzzzzt!
Yato transmuted into lightning, hopping from electric line to electric line, heading towards the location that Moth-Man had told him. It didn't take a minute until Yato had caught up to the duo, who had stood on top of a building. The building was just near the structure where the Radiation Enhancer was held. Myuto sat by the building ledge, allowing Moth-Man and Yato to fight.
"Let her go," glared Yato, white electricity sparking around him.
"Not even a hello?" asked Moth-Man, shaking his head, "No manners, Jukkonarius."
"Cut it out. I'll beat you to a bloody pulp if I have to."
"She's held in a warehouse," Moth-Man quickly replied, "You were so late in coming for us that Derek Arnold and Mara Jacobs are already tracking her down. However, it's not like they can do anything to help her once they find her."
"Then give me the antidote."
"Before I do that, we'll have to fight Jukkonarius. You know that just as much as I do. I truly want to test my power against you. After all, the numerical rank doesn't really determine who's the strongest right? Even if you're the first ranked, and I'm the second, it doesn't mean that I'm not the stronger!"
Yato instantly shot a white lightning bolt towards Moth-Man, who had readily dodged it using Crab Walk.
"Great! Great!" laughed Moth-Man, "I like your enthusiasm already! Keep it up! Although, I've noticed that your lightning is no longer shrouded by the black thoughts you have. They're as pure as white now."
"My lightning is ready to protect, not to destroy," scoffed Yato, "But I can easily make an exception for you."
"I doubt it."
BANG!
Yato's eyes widened. Moth-Man had shot his gun with blanks. Once the sound wave traveled, Yato couldn't stop it as he is now. Soon, he could no longer feel his Rad-A. His electrical field was gone.
"Have you forgotten about my Division?" asked Moth-Man, "Surely, you haven't. Our previous battle left you with very scarring injuries. Manipulation of the mind is very helpful, especially since it can stop you from using your Rad-A."
Zzzt!
"Hm?"
Zzzt!
KRAKKK!!!
Lightning from the sky struck Yato, allowing him to regain his Rad-A, flipping the switch in his brain once again.
"Of course, you idiot," smirked Yato, trying to contain his laughter, "Division has been something I've been pondering how to overcome for a while now. I've been robbed of my Rad-A before, only giving me the most tiniest of electric charges to control. However, by combining the density of those small electric charges, I can easily control the weather to strike me down with a lightning bolt."
"That's impractical," replied Moth-Man in shock.
"It's a metal rod that's only possible because of the healing gel that was glued into my brain by Sarah's Hocus Pocus. Just know that I can easily gain my Rad-A back when I need it. I'm not the same person you fought back then."
Before Moth-Man could utter another word, he was struck by a lightning-fast knee to the chin by Yato, causing him to fall down. Suddenly, he was up in the sky, then slammed back down! These attacks were too quick to react to.
"My... Division should let me know what you're thinking!" yelled Moth-Man in confusion, "Your mind is blank, but you're fighting!? I can't...."
"You can't Crab Walk yourself out of this one, right?" smiled Yato, "Like I've said, I've grown from last time. I've stopped thinking about my next move and instead relied on instinct. You shouldn't have let me get the practice of using my newfound powers on that Benkei guy who was in your room. He was just the perfect test subject."
"I told you that was an unwise move," announced Myuto, just watching the fight.
"Don't worry about it, Myuto," replied Moth-Man, "That was a good display of power. I'm even proud of how far you've become. You're just the perfect person for me to test my abilities on!
It's too bad it's not enough."
Yato was confused. However, the next thing he knew, he was on the ground, bloodied from multiple injuries. Moth-Man's foot rested on his head. What just happened?
"Division Shift 2," announced Moth-Man, "Have you ever wondered how those men got in that subway? How I impersonated Michael Inferno? How I was able to trick you into a daze just so we could release the ticking time bomb that was Kid Ross?
It's the second variation of my Division Rad-A. It uses up a little more radiation energy than Shift 1, but it allows me to spread my manipulation from the mind to the body. With it, I'm allowed to cast illusions towards anyone who hears a sound wave. You've never touched me at all."
"This... whole time...?" thought Yato.
"Thank you for improving," said Moth-Man, "However, this is your final limit."
