I Can No Longer Hide the Truth {DISCONTINUED}

We hear the huge doors open.

"Hey underachiever!"

"Flynn? What are you doing here?! You need to leave, how did you even find me?!"

"I have my ways, now you need to get out of here! Come on!"

"Flynn, Caleb will be here any minute, he could keep you hostage too!" I yell, shoving Flynn out of the doors.

"Julie! Listen to me! I have an idea... what if we lure Caleb into his own trap, like putting stamps on him."

"Hey, that might actually work." Alex jumps in.

"Yeah, and Reggie and I forgot to mention that we found where he keeps his stamping tool. There was this dark room that was honestly really creepy, but in there was the stamping tool he used on us. It needs certain kinds of magic dusts though it looks like."

"Hmm, maybe Willie will know. Alex have you seen him since the Orpheum?" Luke asks.

Alex just shakes his head and turns away.

"Hey, hey. Alex, I'm sure he's fine. He'll be back soon I'm sure." Reggie attempts to comfort him.

Alex doesn't reply.

We all hug Alex and it turns into a pity party. Except Flynn, who's quietly humming a sad song in the background.

Then, we hear the huge doors once again, and this time, it was someone a lot less liked than Flynn.

"Who is she? And why is she here?" Caleb says, sounding mad.

"Hello sir. I'm here to tell you about your car's extended warranty." Flynn jokes.

Caleb lifts his hand and it slowly makes Flynn float until she almost touches the ceiling.

"Tell me who she is or you won't see her again." Caleb snaps.

"Okay! Okay! We will tell you. She is my best friend could you please put her down!"

"Very well." Caleb drops his hand and she falls quickly until he lifts his hand up again to stop her from hitting the ground.

"Now tell me why she is here and I'll fully let her go."

"I'm here because I was walking around the city and happened upon this abandoned building. So I went inside and found these four here, surprisingly."

"Okay, so why are you still here?"

"I don't know maybe because I HAVEN'T SEEN MY BEST FRIENDS FOR DAYS BECAUSE YOU HELD THEM HOSTAGE?!" She huffs outs.

Caleb flinches but then puts an electric cage around her just like he did with the boys and Julie before.

"Let me out of here!"

"No, I don't let inferiors speak to me that way." Caleb says and then grabs the others and throws them into the purple room again.

"Damn it! We're back in here. Well! Anything you see, hear, touch, smell, or taste isn't real. Remember that!" I say, annoyed.

"Jules, calm down. It's not like we'll be in here for long. It's probably just until the morning." Luke says as he moves closer.

"DON'T TELL ME TO CALM DOWN LUKE! UGH YOU'RE JUST AS ANNOYING AS CALEB!" I spit out, regretting it shortly after.

I look over at Luke, he looks taken aback and sad now.

"I- I'm sorry Luke, it's just that I'm overwhelmed and just worried that I'll never see my family again, and play songs I actually want to play again."

"Yeah, I feel that too. Just one step at a time. And, uh, tomorrow we have to get out of here."

"Yeah, true that." I say, laying down looking at the ceiling.

"It's so boring in here. Why couldn't there have at least been a book here." I say softly.

"Yeah, it is pretty boring in here. But at least we have each other's company." Luke says, laying down next to me, also looking at the ceiling.

To Reggie and Alex's room(Narrator's POV)...

"Ugh! This room is really weird and it's giving me a headache, there is way to much purple!" Alex states as he throws his hands in the air.

"Yeah, it's so solid, there's not even a spider web." Reggie says, playing with his jacket sleeves.

Alex notices it and wraps his arm around Reggie's shoulder and gives him a reassuring nudge.

"Hey man, it's okay. We'll get out of here soon. I'm sure that Flynn is probably still out there in that cage stirring up some sort of plan to get us out."

"Yeah you're right. Thanks Alex." Reggie smiles, looking over at him.

In the electric cage(Flynn's POV)...

I touch my finger to the glowing metal bars that surround me.

"Ouch! Ugh, why did I even try, I knew it would hurt..."

Hmm, I guess I should start stirring up a plan to get us out of here.

Maybe Caleb's weakness is defeat! And he seemed pretty mad when I noticed he came back. Maybe if he has a short fuse he'll snap and we can get all the people he invites to the show tomorrow night to turn on him!

Hey I think I just had a genius idea...

Flynn smiles to herself proudly and sits down in the cage and slowly falls asleep.

Ahh! I am having a really hard time figuring out how to get them out of the HGC and get rid of Caleb so bear with me. Hopefully this works out like I want it too. I think I'll pull through though.
