We wait for about half an hour for the oven to go off.

I take the pizza out of the oven and set it on top of the stove.

"Dinner is ready!" I yell from the kitchen.

Everyone floods in, and dishes up their plates and we all sit at the table.

Ray is at the end seat. Carlos is to his right. Julie is to his left. And I sit next to Julie.

We all hold hands and look down as Ray says Grace.

I could definitely get used to this. When I was alive, I would almost never have family dinners at the table. My mom and I's fights always got in the way of that. I usually just took the plate up to my room and brought it down the next morning.

We all dig in. The pizza turned out really good, and I think Carlos liked it the most. He took 3 slices! Where does he put it all?!

We finish up the pizza and clean up.

Julie and I head out to the studio.

"Hey Jules, do you think your dad likes me?"

"Of course he does, Luke. The way he laughed when we came back in the kitchen after having our flour fight gave it away. If it was any other boy, like Nick, he probably would've just stared at us and got back to what he was doing." She laughs.

"In that case, do you think we should tell them about us tomorrow?"

"That's a great idea." She smiles up at me and we sit on my couch.

She cuddles up to me and I kiss her temple.

Ray's POV...

I walk out to the studio to tell Julie and Luke that there's popcorn on the counter in case they want any.

"Jul-" I stop in my tracks as I see the two asleep on the couch.

I smile and walk out.

"I knew it." I say under my breath.

I walk into the house and up the stairs to my room.

I pick up the last picture I took of my wife before she died.

She was at the beach, in her hat and sunglasses that were too big for her face. She had a striped dress on and she was watching the waves hit the shore.

I feel a tear in my eye start to fall.

"Rose, our daughter reminds me more of you every time I see her. She's in a band now, and the boys, they are beautiful souls. I found Julie and the guitarist in the studio together today. They remind me of us when we first started dating."

I take a pause, starting to breathe faster, tears falling harder.

"Sunshine, I miss you. I wish you didn't leave so soon... it's hard, being a single father, I know your wish for me was to move on, but I just can't. It's too hard."

I lay down on my bed, holding the picture frame against my chest and fall asleep with tear stains on my face.

Julie's POV...

I wake up and yawn. It's light out and the morning sun hurts my eyes. I look up at Luke and smile. He's still sleeping, so I lay my head against him again. Alex and Reggie are already up, they probably went for breakfast.

I'm hungry so I stroke his cheek, hoping that he wakes up so I don't have to shake him to wake him up. His eyes flutter open and he looks down at me.

"Good morning sunshine." He says to me, smiling.
