I Can No Longer Hide the Truth {DISCONTINUED}

Luke's POV...

"Hey can we talk?" I ask Julie.

"Sure. Talk to me in the kitchen. I have to make dinner." She says, starting towards the house.

She starts grabbing stuff out of the fridge and setting them on the counter.

"So, did you mean to say I love you when you were saying goodbye?" I ask, worried she'll say no.

"Well, I would've liked to say it in person for the first time but yes I meant it. I kind of absentmindedly said it. But that doesn't mean I don't love you." She starts to rant.

"Well I know that I meant it when I said it." I say. She slowly turns around and lunges forward at me.

She knocks me down and falls on top of me.

She kisses me and pushes herself up, going back towards the counter.

I just lay on the floor. What the heck was that? I mean, it was pretty hot, but what the actual heck?

I get up and walk towards her. I snake my arms around her waist and wrap her in a hug from behind.

"I love you." I say, kissing her cheek.

"I love you too." She whispers, while chopping up some carrots.

"What are you making?"

"Just some salad, meatballs and pasta. Can you boil some water for me please?" I back away from her and put a pot on the stove.

Once the water is ready I pour in the spaghetti. By the time the noodles are done, Julie has a big bowl of salad ready, all we have to do now is make the meatballs.

"I'll finish up, can you go pick up Carlos?" She asks. I nod and grab the keys to her car.

I get to the end of the driveway when I spot Alex and someone else talking, but it's not Reggie.

It almost looks like Willie. I get out of the car and walk over.

"Hey Alex."

He looks over and so does the other person. Yeah, it's Willie.

"Hey Luke, Willie was just here because I was telling him that we won't be able to make it to the gig tonight."

Oh yeah, the gig. I think we forgot about that gig.

"Oh okay. Alright well, Julie's in the kitchen making dinner, maybe you could help her. Willie if you're not busy I'm sure it would be fine to have you over for dinner. But I have to pick up Carlos right now." I say getting back in the car. I see him nod and turn back to Alex.

Around 10 minutes later I make it to Carlos's friend's house.

They are playing basketball outside.

"Hey Carlos! Pass it over." I yell, running out of the car.

He passes it and I make a layup. I get my rebound and pass it back to Carlos.

"Hey, Julie made dinner, ready to come home and eat? Your dad is home." I say, walking towards the front door of the house.

"Yeah I'm just gonna take a few more shots then I'll be ready." I hear him say.

I knock on the door and a lady in her early forties opens the door.

"Hi, I'm here to pick up Carlos. Just thought I should tell you before I just drive away." I laugh.

"Alright! How is Ray doing?" She asks.

"He's better, he's resting right now. Hopefully he'll be more lively tomorrow."

"Okay that's good. Well, I'm Susan." She says, holding out her hand.

"I'm Luke, Julie's boyfriend. I moved here a couple weeks ago and I play in Julie's band." I say, shaking her hand.

"Well, it was nice to meet you Luke."

"It was nice to meet you too." I say, waving goodbye as she shuts the door.

Carlos is saying goodbye to Sonny. I get in the driver's seat and not long after Carlos sits in the passenger seat.

"Okay pedal to the medal, I'm hungry!" He yells. I laugh and do as I'm told, I'm hungry too, I don't blame him.

We get back to the house and Carlos runs inside. I'm not far behind him.

When I walk in Reggie and Alex are setting the table, and Willie is standing in the corner kind of awkwardly. I walk over to him.

"Hey, so are we still on for Friday?" I ask.

"Yeah! Yeah, you're all set for Friday."

"Cool, cool. Hey, so I'm pretty sure that one of Julie's classmates is being possessed by Caleb. His eyes flashed purple yesterday."

"Seriously? I thought Caleb was taken care of." Willie says worriedly.

"I thought so too. What should we do?"

"Ignore him. And if things start to get out of hand, come and talk to Harold. He'll know what to do." Willie says quietly, I think he's gotten used to talking quietly and sneaking around.

"Okay. Thanks." I say, stepping away as I see Julie coming out of Ray's room.

"Hey." She says, smiling."

"Hey Sunshine." I smile back.

"Dinner's ready, why don't you all sit and we can eat." Julie says, bringing the food over.

Carlos says Grace. He has an interesting way of saying it. Something about the Mighty Julie? She'll have to tell me later.

We eat and clean up. Alex, Reggie, Julie, Willie, and I head out to the studio. Carlos goes back up into his room.

"So, it kinda sucks we can't go to the gig tonight. I just don't think we should leave Ray alone with just Carlos. Once Ray starts feeling a little bit better I think it'll be okay to leave him alone for a few hours." Alex says. We all nod.

"Well, Andi called me today. She heard about my dad and she sends her love. She also wants to know when we want to start making an album." Julie says, looking for our answers.

"Well, we have a bunch of songs to put on it already so as soon as we can I guess." I say.

"Yeah, we have Stand Tall, Bright, Edge of Great, Finally Free, Perfect Harmony, Now or Never, and The Climb." Reggie states.

"Yeah, so now we just have to record them. Now or Never and Perfect Harmony are the only ones we won't be performing all together." Julie says, taking out her phone.

Julie calls Andi and puts it on speaker so all of us can hear.

"Hey Andi. We've decided that we want to record an album as soon as possible, we have all the songs ready."

"Okay great, I'll text you the details of when we will meet in the studio."

"Okay, bye!"

"Bye."

Julie ends the call and a smile creeps into her face.

"WE'VE GOT AN ALBUM!"

We all scream and jump with each other. Hugging as we spin around in circles like 5-year olds.

"Alex! I'm so proud of you!" Willie yells, barreling into Alex.

"Tha-" Willie interrupts him with a kiss. What lovebirds.

OMG WILLEX KISS. Sorry it took me so long to get to their relationship. I was busy getting things squared around with Juke and Ray. So there you go.

QOTD: If you were to meet any member of the cast, who would it be? Mine would be Madi, Charlie, or Owen. I can't choose...
