Arthur's(Grey) POV-

I never believed in the phenomenon people referred to as the 'light at the end of the tunnel'  But here I am in the supposed 'tunnel' 

Honestly I won't miss anything or anyone, only 'her' My love, My life. The only person that stayed besides me, not for money nor wealth or fame. 

I hope. I pray. That I'll meet her again. And until that day. I will wait for you. 

Although I wasn't granted the chance of saying good bye, I hope you truly know how much I love you my dear. I will always be grateful for the most beautiful moments you have granted me. Tho time wasn't on our side. I wouldn't change a thing of my life with you. 

I regret nothing. None of it. I will always be grateful for the good and bad. Because of it. I was able to meet you. And for you I'd do it all again.

Y/n POV-

This man, he really ran off right after arguing with the council. There really isn't anyone like him.

I wanted to give him space so i didn't follow, but now i'm a little worried. I walked down the halls, passing my hand along the cold wall. I ended up at his door 'Grey'..'Grey' "Grey...?"I had a sinking feeling in my stomach. 

He'd usually hate the constant knocking and calling so he would answer right away.

I slowly opened the door, this cold quiet atmosphere not helping me at all. I saw him laying in bed asleep. I walked over to the side feeling relieved he wasn't down on the floor lifeless. The closer i got the more i clearly saw he wasn't breathing. I stopped. Everything stopped. I screamed. I ran over to him and pulled him closer to me. "Grey!", "GREY" the more i screamed the more worried i got and the more people came rushing to his room.

He wasn't breathing. He wasn't moving and I knew he was dead.

Workers rushed, the second they saw the waterfall of tears on my face, they realized what had happened. They quickly took him away, leaving my shaking body alone, scared and worried. 

He was gone, just like that. I could still feel his cold lifeless body under my fingers...My love, My everything was gone. 

But I pray. That I'll meet him again. Until that day. I will wait for you.
