Of all the tragedies on this earth, there is none more tragic than a person who cannot see their worth

It startled you for a moment, how clear the ground was and how easily you thought you were about to fall through the sky. Your breath hitched as you looked around, the rows of cherry blossoms that never seemed to end and led you down a path. No one said a word and Arthur barely seemed phased but you were in wonder, it was too ethereal to be real. Windsom led you down the path and towards a castle, it was like none other you had ever seen before it stood tall and proud, a dragon standing behind it with its massive wings spread out as if covering the castle.

It was gold and bright as it reflected the sunlight, it was almost blinding. There were words written on the archway of the castle but you didn't have enough time to see what it said. It didn't bother you much as It only lingered in the back of your mind for a short while but you were too caught up in the sightseeing to really care.

You could see Arthur physically tense up and he held sylvie close to him. "There aren't any guards or watchmen?" He asked. He was right, not a single person or creature in sight since you walked in. "They've been watching us since we crossed over the bridge," Windsom replied. Oh well if that wasn't creepy at all. It sent shivers down your spine, you would never have thought that anyone besides you guys would be here.  "Now come, we must not keep the Lords waiting." You and Arthur both looked around, trying to see at least a foot between the branches, but nothing. You looked at each other and shrugged quietly following Windsom the rest of the way.

The inside of the castle was even more beautiful than the outside, well. not really. The outside was better, but still, it left you in awe of its beauty. The walls were gold adorned with carvings of all kinds and long red carpets that passed narrow hallways and into large doors. "Any last tips before meeting this almighty lord of lords? Sylvies..uh..grandfather?"Arthur asked half-heartedly joking, but you weren't amused you were a little anxious, almost embarrassed to admit it but you were.

You weren't really sure what would happen when you stepped through that door, what it would be like, and if you'd ever see thor again. A part of you wished you had never walked through that portal and been selfish, run away with thor, and live somewhere far far away. But that wasn't fair, not to the family that missed him or to the people that you walked through the portal to protect.

You took Arthurs hand and took in a deep breath. You hoped it would ease your nerves but it didn't really help that much, besides the fact you learned Arthur was sweating. There were two knights standing in front of a large door, they were wearing white armor, honestly, it didn't really even look like armor in the first place. They were beautiful though, They had gold marks over their faces but you were more intrigued by the lady with short green hair, her eyes were a greenish gold and they almost hypnotized you. Oh, yea. She was pretty alright.

"Elder windsom.I see you finally brought back the human children." She spoke."Is it appropriate for human children to be holding the prince and princess?" The male asked, almost giving you a disgusted face. You furrowed your brows and looked at him, offended. "Let it be signiz. They are bonded." Windsom replied. You smiled, victoriously, 'Yea signiz'.

"Now..Are you going to let us in or not?" They looked at each other and stepped aside to open the doors. The doors created loud creaking noises and opened. On the otherside of a rather long hallway sitting on a throne, was Sylvies grandfather. You widened your eyes. You were truly in shock. When they said Lord of Lords you were expecting a sour old man with a beard not a young (rather handsome) man. Beside him stood another man, he was tall and had broad shoulders, his eyes were blue just like thors and he had jet black hair.

"My lord." Windsom bowed before the man. You weren't really sure what to do, but before you even could a force seemed to have been pushing down on you. Your knees buckled and you fell to the floor and without realizing it thor was gone. He lay sleep in the man's hands just as sylvie was gone as well. You and Arthur both looked at each other and you furrowed your brows."What? Can we not hold our grandchildren?" The "Lord of all Lords" spoke.

"I see you have done nothing to train them. Their  mana levels are insulting low, especially for children of such high ranks." You were shocked, were you getting insulted? lectured? by a handsome man? Usually, you wouldn't mind but your pride had grown a little too much to accept this now.

The other man hadn't said a word, he was too busy staring at thor to really care. You didn't know what to do so you just stood there, listening in on the conversation ever so often glancing at the dark-haired man. The conversation concluded and it wasn't as bad as you expected it to be but yes, as you thought thor was taken away from you. Arthur was pretty bumbed about it and so were you, but there wasn't really anything either of you could do.

You were the first to depart, Windsom took you and Arthur down a narrow dirt road and before you even realized it you fell through the ground and into a cave. It had crystals of many colors and varieties. It was quiet and the only sounds around were the occasional sounds of dripping water. Not a footstep or a sound was made but behind the puff of smoke stood a tall woman.

You jumped and took a few steps back. "Who are you?" was the only question on your mind. The woman was pale white, her hair was the color of lavender and her eyes as clear as pearls. She slowly walked towards you and you could start seeing her clearly. She had golden tattoos that traced all over her body. They glowed a little in the darkness, they looked like lighting strikes all over her body. Her hair was long almost reaching her thighs and their shape reminded of ocean waves.

She was wearing a long gown, that reached halfway before her ankles. There was a slit in the dress and underneath she had long pants and black boots. The gown she was wearing was a brown gold color, the bottom half was a faded black and it was tied together with a black piece of cloth around her waist. She looked down at you(whether intentionally or not), her height did intimidate you a little. "Hm. He finally sent you." She spoke, her voice was velvety and it echoed across the cave like music. "I'll assume he gave you every single little detail regarding why you ate here." She spoke. "Knowing windsom of course he did." She muttered shortly after.

"Well, we must make haste we don't have all day here darling." She turned her heel and led you somewhere deeper into the cave.

Honestly, you had an itching feeling you might just regret walking through that portal even more.

And, perhaps you were right.
