Y/Ns Pov-

4 hours later (currently 6:30)

I was laying in bed reading 'You've reached Liam", as the tears trickled down my face. I've always been one to cry even in my previous life. Once i cried because i saw a baby dark wing bird fall out of its nest and couldn't get back up.

But thats besides the point, the story was so sad, I'm actually surprised i was able to finish it. Now that I've thought about it i haven't been bothered for over four hours, i wonder what their up to-

"LANIRA"
Oops, there it was i knew they couldnt forget about me...yay.. also why am i always being screamed at??
I closed my book setting it right besides thor. I got out of bed and opened the door, there i saw my mother, steam seemed to be coming out of both her ears and head.

"Huh? suP moma" i said blankly making a popping sound with the 'P'. She looked at me like she wanted to strangle me. "...Sup..?... SUP?! ..do you realize..WHAT TIME IT IS??? their going to be here IN LESS THAN HALF AN HOUR AND YOUR NOT EVEN DRESSED YET?!"

My eyes widened and realization sinked in. I was so focused reading i had lost track of time. I quickly slammed the door in my moms face . I heard her quietly ramble from the other side, something about " being tired needing space and- said dad"

I quickly grabbed what i was going to wear and rushed to the bathroom.
[Im not going to choose what the reader is going to wear since i know people have different style and taste]

After i changed i quickly rushed over and looked for a nice clean pair of shoes. I looked around feeling like i forgot something, "aha!" I thought as i looked in my drawer and pulled something out.
I picked Thor up and adjusted the suit looking collar on his neck. He gave me a side glare but i thought he looked cute anyway.
I opened the door letting Thor walk out first, he didnt look at me but instead looked straight ahead with his head high.

I speed walked down the stairs and almost tripped, earning a 'pfft' from Thor, B/N and Eli. I mean i understand Thor and my brother but Eli too? I keep getting betrayed today. "Nice save mom" i heard from the black blue eyed cat. I rolled eyes and walked over to the front were the rest of the people were, said people being Arthurs parents, Lilias parents, My parents and the Twin Horns. We were all waiting there to surprise them.

Was i  ... Excited? No.
I was down right scared and nervous, iv never been good with talking to people or starting conversations.
Social skills, whos she?

I heard talking and laughing coming from the front door followed by the door handle twisting. My heart rate increased and my hands started getting sweaty.

The door opened revealing a tall boy with a man bun(didnt see that coming) with a white foxy looking thing on his shoulder followed my a black haired girl and a black haired boy with glasses.

Everyone yelled "WELCOME HOME!!"
Well except for me, i found this situation very awkward. I just stood there like a stick while everyone welcomed them. I couldn't stand it anymore and decided to go to the kitchen and get a glass of water. Thor followed behind, there were too many people to his liking.

Arthurs Pov-
I was ao excited to see everyone, i missed my family so much. I was beyond happy that i got to see them sooner than expected.

I opened the door to see some new and old faces. Everyone was so nice. My dad gave me a "Congratulations on not dying out there" card with a heart on it.  I looked up to see three new faces, two said they were Mr and Mrs. Houston.

The third person said he was their son B/N Houston. Behind them i saw a H/C haired girl standing all awkwardly, looking at the wall besides her. She quickly turned around heading to the kitchen followed by a black cat with 4(?) tails.
  my interest peaked on the odd looking creature and sylvies too i guess since she immediately asked me to follow them.

Everyone had moved to the dinning room so i took this opportunity to follow the girl. I saw her pull a glass and chug it down like her life depended on it.
I quickly said "Hi" and waved.
It must have startled her since she immediately started choking on the water. I ran over besides her to try and help since i felt guilty for scaring her.

After she sat and calmed down i asked "Soooo whats your name?"

Y/Ns Pov-
" Soooo whats your name?"
I lookes up to see the boy that had almost killed me, out of all the people here why him???

"oh, um Lanira", i said hesitantly.
He literally saw me dying, i wonder how ugly i looked from his perspective.

I tried not looking at him, he was to busy lost in thought to notice anyway. I didnt know what to say or do and this started getting awkward fast.
"Ah!" Your Mr and Mrs. Houstons oldest child right?" He asked.
"Yeaaaa..." I said still trying not to look at him and instead looked at the wall behind him.
The awkward silence lasted another minute or so until Thor jumped on the table nugging me to pet him.

Oh thor all the horrible things i said about you being an entitled ungrateful brat i take it all back.

"Oh yea i wanted to ask, is that your bond?" The boy said trying to start a conversation. " yea he is, his name is Thor" i said as i pet the purring cat.
"Ah!, there you two are come on hurry the food is being serverd lets go" Mrs. Helstea said as she quickly pulled us to the dinning room.

The rest of the evening was spent, just talking and having fun. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, even me. The boy with glasses introduced himself as Elijah Knight.
Him and Arthur came and sat down besides me, it was pretty awkward at first but we soon got into the talk about their experience as Adventures and how it was for them.

2 and a half hours later~

"So um Arthur your mom asked me to take you guys around town and show you different things that have changed and stuff" i said. I hope he doesnt take this as if im asking him out on a date or this would become super weird.

"Oh yea sure. Elijah ia coming along right?"
"Yup he is" i answered back.

We all started heading to our rooms, Arthur said that Elijah would be sleeping in his room with him.

I excused myself and started going to my room, Thor obviously following behind, he was so done with people for today.

I was a bit excited to show the boys around and get to know them better.

I wonder how to tomorrows going to go.

Im going to be stuck writing on mobile for a couple of days and its going to be tricky for me since im not used to it. So updates might be slow.( if there are any spelling errors please ignore, its late and im half asleep writing this, ill fix it tomorrow)
