"May i come in?"

I heard an elderly woman say who i can only assume was The head director.

Elijah had walked up closer to Art, while i sat on the edge of the bed swinging my legs.

"Director Goodsky?!" Elijah exclaimed confirming my theory, "It's an honor to meet you up close in person!" He continued.

"Elijah, yes?" I heard her say as Art opened the door for her, "Iv heard great things about you from vincent" she complimented.

" Please come in, director Goodsky", Arthur said lightly pushing the blushing Elijah.

"I'll get us something to drink", Elijah commented seeing the glances the two shared.

"Oh, Thank you dear".

Arthur had pulled two chairs one leaning on the edge of the bed besides me and the other leaning on the edge of Elijahs bed.

"Miss Houston", The director said acknowledging me as i responded with a nod. (Thank you to one of my readers for the new sur-name!, ill be using the rest for up and coming characters too! :))

"I told you to call me Cynthia" The head director say looking at Arthur as if waiting for him to say he would.

But alas Arthur being Arthur.

"And i told you i wouldn't" He retorted back.

The head director let out a string of humms as she analyized me and Arthur.

"It seems Your bond isn't the only thing that change" She said bringing up the difference in on Arthurs mana.

"I can only sense your wind and earth Attribute Mana, Are you using a seal by any chance?" she continued. Arthur stretched his arm out showing her the bracelet.

"Can't say I'm not dissapointed, She said letting out a sigh," I was hope to go around flaunting my little Quadra-elemental mages" She said looking at me "But neither of you seem to want that for me".

I looked at her confused.

How did she know i was a Quadra elemental mage?

She looked at me and smiled " Ah yes. Although this is our first time meeting, Arthur has said some fantastic things about you Miss Houston, Like the fact You are also a Quadra-Elemental mage..." She finished off looking me up and down to try and find the seal i was using.

I looked over at Arthur furrowing my eyevbrows giving him the 'wtf?' face.

"Please don't take it out on the boy, Its not all his fault. I myself went out and about and stubbled upon you too together, I sensed your Attributes and knew i had to ask Arthur about you. So there was no reason for him to hide anything" She smiled.

I squinted my eyes at Arthur still being mad he told someone about me.

" I'm glad to see you've opted to being a scholar mage, As i expected." She started off, giving her attention back to Art.

Art let out a sigh as he looked donw at his bracelet " I was planning on telling you this when i got the chance to visist you but.... I made a troublesome enemy while i was an Adventurer, and I'd rather not give him a reason to suspect me-- At least not now." He finished off, his mooding darkening.

The head director started chuckling " To call the brother of a lance and heir to one of the most influential military houses a mere "troublesome' enemy.. I'm almost worried who your real enemies will be in the future"

"What an ominous thing to say to a pre-teen boy just starting his school life" Arthur grumbled.

While i on the other had tried not to laugh at their very. Very. serious conversation.
