Miraculous and The Flash crossover: Collision of Worlds. (Book 4)

Reverse Flash rushes himself, and Falena Falco, back to the hideout.

(ZOOOOM!)

He pulls back his cowl, and looks at his battered associate.

Falena Falco: Dark wings, fall!

Her transformation drops, and she returns to her civilian identity. Her face is still dripping blood.

Future Lila: (Panting) We…We almost had them.
Both of the Miraculous were in my grasp!

She slams her fist down, out of frustration.

(BAM!)

Future Lila: But we failed, AGAIN!

She then knocks away some tools on the table.

(CRASH!)

Thawne: Well, perhaps you shouldn't have provoked Ms. Dupain-Cheng, by admitting to murdering her mother.
Bit of advice when trying to torment your foes. Don't arrogantly flaunt your misdeeds in front of your adversary, unless it fits in with what you're trying to do!

Future Lila: Duly noted. But did you find what we were looking for?

Thawne: No, he hid it too well. But I found something even better.
I snuck into Flash's hideout while he and Cat Noir were fighting against Grief-striker.

He holds up a USB, and plugs it into the computer console.
Images and designs of the Particle Scanner appear on the holographic screen.

Thawne: The designs for the device. So now, all we need to do is replicate it, using the digital blueprints.

Future Lila is absolutely delighted by Thawne's cleverness.

Future Lila: Oh, that's brilliant, Thawne. Brilliant!

Thawne grins sinisterly, while turning back to the screen.

Thawne: Yes, it is, my friend. Yes, it is.

Back at City Hall, Ladybug, and Flash are still arguing with each other.
Meanwhile, Lila and Cat Noir stand between the two opposing heroes, in an attempt to keep them from fighting, again.

Cat Noir: This is pointless. We should all be working to find the villains, instead of standing here arguing with each other.

Ladybug: This isn't the time for your pep talks, Cat Noir!
We've got a bigger problem to deal with!

Flash chimes in.

Flash: Yes, we do! Which involves your carelessness, in detaining supervillains, Ladybug!

Ladybug scowls at Flash's statement, feeling insulted.

Ladybug: My carelessness?!

Flash: Yes! And had you not been so reckless and impulsive, we'd still have Future Hawk Moth here! We'd have the answers we're looking for!

Ladybug: There's nothing to find out, we know what they did! That man in the yellow suit, and that Future Hawk Moth, killed my- uh, Marinette's mother, and framed her father!

Flash: Yes, but we still don't know why, or what it is that they're planning.
You need to think these things through, Ladybug! Not just run in, fists flailing!
And I thought you were supposed to be the strategic one, out of the two of you!

Cat Noir: Can I say something?

Flash and Ladybug: NO!

Ladybug turns back to Flash. Getting more and more aggravated by the conversation.

Ladybug: Look, this is my city! And I don't need you lecturing me on how to be a superhero!

Flash: You might be the city's hero, Ladybug. But whether you like it or not, you're impatient, reckless, short-tempered! And more importantly, you're just a teenager, one that's still got some growing up to do!
And until you realize that, this little "team-up" of ours, it's over!

Ladybug can hide her frustration, no longer.

Ladybug: (Growls) Fine, we don't need you! We've done fine by ourselves, before! We can do just fine, without you! Right, Cat Noir?

Cat Noir just looks at his partner, and takes a step back as she tries to place her hand on his shoulder. Ladybug looks at him, puzzled.

Ladybug: Cat?

Cat Noir: M'lady, you know I care about you. And you're always ready to tell me when I'm not thinking straight.
Well, this time it's my turn. Flash's right, you need to learn how to control your emotions. Until then, we just can't trust that your anger won't cause you to hurt someone else, or worse.

Ladybug looks at the cat-themed superhero in disbelief.

Ladybug: You're kidding, right?! You're just going to let Flash power-trip like this?! He's not even from here!

The two young heroes turn to Flash, as he speaks.

Flash: This isn't a joke, Ladybug! You need to take some time off, in order to get your mind right.

He looks at Lila.

Flash: And I don't know what you're doing here, Lila. But we'll discuss this tomorrow.

And with that, Flash races off in the blink of an eye, taking Lila with him.

(FWOOSH!)

The two heroes watch as Flash races off, and Cat Noir looks at Ladybug.

Cat Noir: Sorry, M'lady.

He extends his metal staff, and leaps away. Leaving Ladybug alone in the rain.

(KRAK-THOOM!)

Ladybug heads back to her house, with a lot to think about.

Meanwhile, Flash repairs the damage to Marinette's house, caused by Reverse Flash, after dropping Lila off at her apartment.
