Miraculous and The Flash crossover: Collision of Worlds. (Book 4)

While Flash was following Argos, Marinette was sitting in her bedroom, sulking. When she received a text from Alya saying that she and Adrien were outside the bakery, telling her to come downstairs.

Marinette heads downstairs, and sees both Alya and Adrien outside.

She opens the door, and lets them in.

Marinette: U-uh, Adrien? Alya? What're you two doing here?

Alya: I've got some good news. After doing some investigating, I found someone who said they saw your dad in the bakery, at the time of your mother's murder. Which means that your dad might be released from prison, soon enough.

Marinette perks up at the knowledge of her father being released from prison.

Marinette: That's great, Alya!

Adrien: And I came to see how you were doing after what happened at school earlier. You sure you're feeling alright.

Marinette, not wanting to worry her friends, tried to hide her issues.

Marinette: I'm…I'm fine, Adrien.

Adrien, however, didn't buy it.

Adrien: Marinette, don't lie to me. I know that you've never been the same, since your father went to prison.

Marinette's eyes begin welling up with tears. She could hide it no longer. Adrien holds her close as she sobs uncontrollably.

Marinette: (Breathes Shakily) I don't know what's going on with me! I feel like I'm losing my mind, more than ever before! I can barely take it anymore!

Adrien: It's okay, Marinette. There's nothing wrong with admitting that you're not okay. We're here for you. If you need someone to talk to, I'm more than willing to listen. Alya and I both are.

A faint smile appears on Marinette's face, as she looks up at Adrien.

Marinette: (Sniffs) Thank you. Thank you, both.

Alya: No worries, girl.

Adrien: Maybe we can go to the Liberty and watch Kitty Section rehearse tonight.

Marinette: That…that actually sounds good. I could use a break from being alone.

Alya: Alright, that's my girl.

Before anyone could say another word, a streak of lightning rushes past the bakery.

(WHOOSH!)

Alya: Was that The Flash?!

Marinette: I think it was.

*Adrien thinks to himself.

*Adrien: “What could Flash be up to?”

Realizing he needs to go after him, Adrien tries to create a distraction. Marinette has the same idea.

Adrien: Uh, I gotta go, I'm needed elsewhere.

He quickly exits the bakery.

Marinette: Uh, yeah, I think I need to use the bathroom. I'm not really feeling so hot. Uh, just, make yourself at home, Alya.

Alya: Uh, okay.

Marinette quickly runs up the stairs, out of Alya’s sight.
Leaving Alya feeling oddly confused.
