"Ehhh it's so cold," Rin complained "not our fault if you want to blame someone you can blame Lancer for that," Shirou replied.

Rin looks on at Shirou and I in surprise "wait you guys fought him until you summoned Saber?" Rin questioned Shirou smiled wryly "well it was mostly William he-" I stopped him from talking any further "enough Shirou don't go revealing everything to Tohsaka we don't know if she can be trusted," I said.

"Oi William, you don't need to be so hostile," Shirou admonished "whatever I am going to head inside," I muttered under my breath turning on the lights I took off my shoes and sat down in front of the table before closing my eyes.

I let my mind recall the battles that I had seen tonight analyzing each and every movement that Lancer, Saber, and Rin's servant made I then opened my eyes when I saw Saber coming in her armor dismissed "if it's alright with you William I'd like to take a seat next to you and Shirou for protection," she said seriously.

I look at her green captivating eyes for a moment something about them seem to drag me in, but I stopped any thoughts that I might have had and then nodded "don't worry too much about me I can protect myself just fine if Tohsaka tries anything defend my brother first," I instructed. She bows her head "If that is what you desire," she replied taking a seat next to me.

Finally, the two came in with Shirou sitting on my right while Tohsaka sat across from me "ah I forgot to ask but do you want some tea or snacks?" Shirou offered Rin nodded "I'll take a cup of green tea if you have any," she requested Shirou nodded heading over to the kitchen while leaving us to our lonesome.

It was silent as the two of us silently stared at one another intently until she finally snapped with irritation "alright the hell are you staring at William you got a problem or something!" I clench my jaw tightly "nothing...just wondering if we can trust you after all you are a magus," I replied staring at her with my empty lifeless black eyes that had now gained a small glint in them.

She huffed replying "well I am not like ordinary mages," I narrow my eyes "yeah we'll see about that," I muttered as Shirou came back with tea for everyone.

Rin takes her cup gently take a few sips before placing it back down "alright down to business you both have no idea in what your caught up in?" she asked "obviously," I replied with a deadpan voice. Rin sighs ignoring my comment "to be blunt you two have been chosen to be masters surely you've noticed the stigmata that's appeared on your wrists," Shirou rose a brow in confusion.

"Stigmata?" he questioned "she means the command seals Shirou," Saber informed we both looked at our wrists "yes those seals prove that you're a master, but it seems your both somehow connected to Saber frankly it should be impossible," she said in a confused tone.

"let's not talk about what's impossible right now and focus on the matter at hand like how a long dead historical figure like Cu Chulainn is somehow alive," I said causing Rin's brows to twitch "if you would be patient for just a moment I'll get to that but for now let's talk about the command seals they are basically what controls your servant lose all three then you not only lose your servant but are also kicked out of the holy grail war there are even most cases where you'll be killed even if your no longer participating," she explained.

Shirou gasped "we'll be killed!" he said in shock Rin nods and then proceeds to explain everything about the holy grail war, heroic spirits, the throne of heroes, and enthusiastically informed us how her Archer servant was actually Satan I am calling bullshit on that by the way.

The information was quite a lot to process giving me quite the headache "I need a smoke I'll be back," I said needing something to relive the stress I was feeling.
