Rubik's Cube (Joshler)

Tyler's POV ~

"Ty?... Baby are you okay?" Josh asked. I stay facing away from him so he can't see that I'm crying. When Josh yelled it really scared me... He never yells. Also I'm still really upset about what how my parents reacted... My face still hurts there will probably be a bruise there in the morning.

"Tyler?" he sat up a bit and I dig my face into the pillow. He sighed before grabbing me and pulling me into his arms, I heard him wince, shit I'm hurting him. "No Josh stop."

He didn't he continued to hug me as I tried to move away. "I'm sorry Tyler.. I know you've had a hard night... Me yelling earlier probably isn't helping cause it scared you and I'm so sorry, I hate that your feeling like this and I hate that you had to go through that." he whispered and that's when I broke.

I stopped trying to move out of his grip and just cried. I moved forward a bit to try to get closer to Josh and accidentally hit his ribs with my elbow. "Ahhhhhh frick." he groaned.
"Shit Josh I'm sorry oh my god I didn't mean to it was an accident I'm sorry." I cried.

"Shh baby it's okay, I'm okay. Come here." he said pulling me back against him.

"Josh?" I asked after a while. "Hmm?" he replies. "Can you sing to me?"
He laughed but stopped almost instantly... It probably hurts for him to laugh. "I'm not a good singer Ty." he said

"Oh nonsense sing to me." I demanded. "Fine... But you have to sing with me." he said adjusting himself into a more comfortable position.

The both of us softly sang the song 'Can't help falling in love'. I stopped halfway through and just listened to him. He's so perfect.
He finishes the song and kisses the top of my head. "I love you Ty.. Get some sleep baby.. If you need me wake me up okay?"

I nodded. "I love you too and I will."
We both fell asleep soon after.

"hEy TYleR... LOng TIMe nO sEe."
Blurry spoke as he slowly approached me, backing me into a wall. "No go away! Leave me alone! Please!" I begged. "YOur parENts hATE You TyLer... jOSh HateS yOu... EvEryonE haTes YoU... yOur AloNe TYLer... EveryONe iS goIng To leAvE yoU."
Blurrys words echoed in my head.
"NO YOUR LYING!" I screamed. "YOu KnOw I'm NoT." "yes you are... Please you have to be... I can't be alone I won't be able to handle that... Josh loves me he's not going to leave... He promised..." my voice became quieter with each word. "joSH LIeD."
"NO!" I was fill on sobbing at this point. "JusT EnD iT TylEr.. nO onE WoUld CarE... DO IT! END IT ALL! THAT WAY NO ONE HAS TO PUT UP WITH YOU! YOUR WORTHLESS TYLER! WORTHLESS!!!" he screamed putting a hand around my throat and cutting off any oxygen I tried to take in. "NO STOP!!"

"Tyler?.... Tyler baby wake up... Wake up!... Tyler!" Josh started off whispering but then his tone changed to a more panicked one.

My eyes shot open and I gasped for air. The light was on, Josh was sat next to me with a worried expression and momma dun knelt on the floor beside the bed with the same expression as Josh.

I broke into tears. Josh hugged me tightly and tried to get me to calm down. Was all that just a dream?

"He's back Josh." I whispered. "Who's back?" he asked. "Blurryface.... I thought he was gone... He was quiet for so long but he's back."

"Who's blurryface?" momma dun asked. "The voice in my head." I told her. "The voice in your head?" she asked. I nodded.
'ShE THInkS YouR craZy noW.... yOu ARe CrazY."

I clenched my eyes shut and continued to cry.

I forget what happened after that but I just woke up again momma dun is asleep in Josh's computer chair and I'm in Josh's bed. Where's Josh tho?

I start to panic. Where is he? Did he leave me? Was blurry right? I hug my knees and cry. Momma dun wakes up when she hears me.

"Tyler hunny Don't cry whats wrong? Another bad dream?" she asked quickly getting up and hugging me. "Where's Josh." I manage to get out through sobs. "He's at the store getting more painkillers... He'll be back in a few minutes."

I let out a sigh of relief. "Oh." I wipe my eyes and lean into momma dun more. "Do You want to talk about what happened in your dream last night?" she asked. I then proceeded to tell her everything.

"Oh my, Tyler you're not alone, you have me and Josh were not going to leave you okay?" she said hugging me. "Okay."

"Also... Don't you even think about ending it you mean way to much to me and Josh please don't end it." she said as a few tears fell from her eyes.
"I-i won't." I just laid in momma duns arms after that.

"Wait... What about work .. Don't you have to go to work?" I asked. "I called in and told them I couldn't make it today.. You and Josh are more important then work." she smiled.

"Good morning baby." Josh said from the doorframe. I got up out if momma duns arms and gave him a hug being sure not to touch his ribs. "Good morning Joshie."

"Are you hungry?" he asked and I nodded. "Okay lets go make something." he said grabbing my hand and taking me upstairs, momma dun followed behind us.

Momma dun made us pancakes and sausage. We put whipped cream and strawberries on our pancakes, it was really good.

Now me and Josh are sitting on the couch watching tv. Momma dun didn't want us to go to school today because 1.) Josh's ribs hurt too much and 2.) I'm still an emotional wreck.

Every now and then my mind will drift to last nights events and I'll start crying or blurry will say something to make me upset. Josh always hugged me and told me it was okay when it happened.

Its almost 10am now. Me and Josh are still watching tv..... Well I am.. Josh fell asleep. I heard my phone go off and picked it up off the floor where it lay.

Zack: Hey.. Are you okay? Please be okay.

Me: yeah I'm okay... I guess

Zack: you guess?

Me: yeah... I mean I'm safe.. Just a lot happened last night and I'm still upset you know

Zack: yeah.... How's Josh?

Me: what do you mean.

Zack: well I'm guessing you went to his house... He came here last night.. I'm just wondering if he's okay

Me: he has a broken rib

Zack: oh :/.... Dad has a black eye and a busted lip

Me: from Josh?

Zack: yeah... Dad deserves it if you ask me

Me: he does

Zack: I'm still grounded... I'm grounded til next week.. Also dad hasn't stopped yelling since you left.

Me: oh god... He's not hurting you or Jay or Mads is he?

Zack: no but Jay and Mads are too scared to leave their rooms

Me: let me know if he does anything and I'll come get you guys

Zack: I don't think he will ... I think he just needs some time to calm down... But I will if he does.

Me:okay... Josh just woke up so I got to go stay safe love you

Zack: okay you stay safe too love you too

I put my phone back on the floor. "Who were you talking to?" Josh asks.
"My brother... He was wondering how me and you were." I said.
"Oh... I see ..what about him is he okay?"

"Yeah he's fine... Jay and Mads are scared but that's it... He said dad hasn't stopped yelling yet and that you gave dad a black eye and a busted lip." I said "good." was all Josh said.

"Josh... Can I talk to you in the kitchen for a second?" momma dun asked. "Uh sure." he said getting up and kissing the top of my head.

A/N ~ I don't know what I was thinking last night but for some reason I melted chocolate then put it in an ice cube tray and froze it... I had to scrape it out this morning.
