While you were resting Sasuke decided to throw a kunai at Haku but he dodged it with ease. "I haven't forgotten about you two especially you (Y/n). We'll finish our battle to the death."

Dang it Sasuke, I'm still trying to recover. There's a difference since you didn't get wounded much compared to me, you thought while gritting your teeth and preparing yourself for the attack.

Senbon needles began to pierce and slice us again adding more wounds. Maybe if Naruto attacks from the outside and us from the inside we can figure out a way to weaken the jutsu! You thought while you realized Sasuke also had your ideas in mind.

"Hey I snuck in here so I could save you guys, pretty cool move huh," said Naruto as he was crouching in front of us.  You both were taken aback at his sudden appearance before you and Sasuke yelled,"B-baka, you were suppose to stay outside!"

Naruto and Sasuke were starting to argue until you separated them both," Alright let's just figure out a way to survive against Haku."

Sasuke looked at you before beginning to cast the fireball jutsu. "(Y/n) you know this jutsu too so let's try it together to try to melt the mirrors." You nodded and decided to give it a shot. You activated your Sharingan just in case anything occurred and quickly began forming the signs as you and Sasuke simultaneously shouted out," Fire style: Fireball jutsu."

You watched as it had no effect but started thinking of another strategy. Naruto started creating multiple shadow clones but were destroyed in an instant.

Sasuke eventually ordered Naruto to create more and helped Naruto by creating your own shadow clones. You relentlessly kept attempting to escape by using the clones as a diversion while Sasuke and one of your clones were aiming your fireball jutsu at Haku.

"One last time," said Sasuke to you and Naruto. You felt your chakra draining but willingly kept going for their sake. With that last attempt you and Sasuke were able to singe a piece of Haku's clothing.

Haku threw senbon needles at Sasuke and your clone. You saw as your clone disappeared but you were suddenly kicked back with full force along with Naruto.

Naruto was beginning to reach his limit and yin wanted him to recover to gain some strength back. I haven't practiced this jutsu much but hopefully it works even if it's just for a few minutes you thought while creating four shadow clones to help you with activating the barrier. " Four Violet Flames Formation." A purple barrier surrounded you three to help regain some strength and chakra.

Your chakra reserves were running low due to all the chakra you used on the multiple jutsus and even the barrier jutsu. Sooner or later the barrier would disappear from your lack of chakra.

"The barrier won't be held up long but this should be enough time to recover and keep us safe from Haku."

"Why didn't you use this jutsu earlier (Y/n) it could've saved us the damage," said Naruto.

"If I used it earlier then I would've depleted my chakra by now just casting a barrier and I'd be a nuisance to you two by not having the strength to fight," you said while looking senbon needles being deflected and having no impact to destroy the barrier.

You gasped as you saw your barrier wavering and your shadow clones disappearing. Haku took that opportunity to throw a barrage of senbon needles at you three.

The pain coursing through your body was intense but you slowly got back on your feet, standing in a hunched like manner.

"No more games, this time you'll stay down." You were able to detect the speed of the senbon needles from your Sharingan. You were grinning that you were able to deflect the needles however your visual prowess was weakening causing it to deactivate at the last moment.

A senbon needle punctured your leg while the rest were aimed at your upper body. The impact of the attack caused you to harshly fall on the ground.

Haku also threw senbon needles at Naruto and Sasuke to prevent them from moving. You were struggling to get back up on your feet but you collapsed on one knee trying to gain some strength.

You saw Naruto and Sasuke weren't too far from you but Naruto was lying on the ground from exhaustion and chakra depletion. Sasuke tried his best to cover for Naruto with the help of his Sharingan trying to anticipate his next move. You saw that Haku was planning to aim the senbon needles at Naruto and Sasuke noticed it too as he ran to Naruto.

Come on (Y/n), move! I can't lose them...not my friends. I want to protect them you thought while using every last ounce of energy you had to sprint towards Naruto. Time seemed to slow down as you were inching closer and closer to reach Naruto and Sasuke.

Before Sasuke could take the damage you forcefully pushed him out of the way and took the searing, piercing pain from the senbon needles. Droplets of dripping blood splattered on the ground creating a puddle of your own blood. At the same time you had blood running down your mouth and ended up coughing up a bit more blood.

Sasuke had a startled look when he looked up your blood stained form. Naruto began to stir awake until he noticed the state you were in. A petrified look appeared on his face.

"(Y/n)...why...you didn't have to save us," said Naruto.

"I had to save you guys...I couldn't bear to lose my friends," you panted out while you fell backwards but not before Naruto managed to catch you in his arms.

You felt your body weakening but as you were looking at Naruto and Sasuke you held onto their hands while you were reminiscing the memories you had with them and your team.

Tears were welling up in their eyes unlike you, a single tear drop rolled down your cheek as you mustered up a smile.

"Sasuke, don't let vengeance and hatred consume you. Naruto, keep believing in your dream I know you'll succeed. Don't let..your dreams die." You faintly said while your grip loosened on both their hands.

Sasuke's grip on your motionless hand tightened while Naruto held onto your lifeless body and pulled you closer trying to endure the pain of his beloved friend's death.
