The Forest of Death

"This isn't the time to be fighting guys," you say while preparing to fight. Naruto went on ahead to attack her but she summoned an enormous snake. Before you could attack her, the snake's tail flinged you away towards the branches causing them to snap in pieces.

"I'll deal with you after I get rid of Naruto, then the fun will really begin." The snake was about to digest Naruto but you saw Naruto's nine tails chakra leak as he gained a new found strength. It was your chance to distract her while Naruto dealt with the snake.

"Fire Style: Phoenix Flower jutsu." You aimed it towards the grass ninja trying to separate her and the snake. Naruto was able to handle the snake while you tried to strategize a plan to defeat her.

"Eager to start I see, well if you really want to commence this gruesome battle then we shall after this." She dashed towards Naruto and caught him wit her tongue holding him up while he desperately struggled. You saw a purple fire ignite in her fingers as she yelled out," Five Pronged Seal." His power was weakening and the immense pain he felt left him unconscious.

"He did nothing you should've left Naruto out of this. Your battle is with me not my teammates." With a kunai in hand, running towards her to grab ahold of Naruto but you weren't able to as she threw him across while he helplessly fell.

Creating a shadow clone, your clone went to save him before he plunged to his death and setting him down near Sakura and Sasuke.

As you were about to charge, you suddenly halted as you felt a hand rest on your shoulder. You turned your head and saw Sasuke with his Sharingan activated. "We'll fight and defeat her together."

Smiling at him, you activated your Saigaigan and instantly teleported behind her. Stunned by your speed, she startled but wasn't able to block the small slash you made across her cheek.

Movements were steadily increasing until you both started getting into a heated taijutsu battle, aiming and blocking punches.

"Wind style: Air Bullets." Spewing out air bullets you tried to get her near Sasuke that way he could attack her next.

"Fire style: Fireball jutsu." Barely avoiding the attack, her clothes and shoulder were singed. "(Y/n) now!"

Teleporting in front of her you stabbed her in the abdomen. Time to use one of my clan's jutsu. Ninja art: calamity illusion.

Her eyes widened but in a few seconds her body went limp as you set her in a painful genjutsu. Whatever damage that's inflicted on her in the genjutsu will have consequences on her body in reality.

"The genjutsu should last for awhile, in the meantime you guys should start leaving and recover." Sasuke nodded and was about to retrieve Naruto until you heard someone chuckling behind you two. Both your bodies became stiff as you saw her slowly stand up.

Your body wasn't reacting and realized she paralyzed you and Sasuke.

"But..how. My genjutsu was effective and it's powerful. No one in the past was able to release themselves from my clan's jutsu." You gritted out trying to break out from the paralysis.

"But I'm different than them. Your clan may have been powerful but that's over now since they're all dead."

"You know nothing about my clan!" You screamed out, anger and sadness welling up inside you as you thought about them.

Sasuke was becoming impatient and curious to know who this person was. "Just who the heck are you?!"

"My name is Orochimaru and I've come seeking for you both. And about your clan (Y/n)...there are dark secrets that you don't even know. You may know the history of your clan but you haven't discovered the darkness that lies behind your clan's history."
