INT. GREEN VALLEY CLASSROOM - MORNING
AS THE BELL RINGS FOR CLASS TO BEGIN THE TEACHER ARRIVES, TAKES OUT A ROLL BOOK, AND LOOKS AT DRAY.
[Mrs. Crumb]
Good morning class. Oh, it seems that we have a new student. May I have your name?
[Dray]
Drayton Anderson.
[Mrs. Crumb]
Mr. Anderson, it's nice to meet you. I hope you can adapt to fast learning. We're in chapter 7 in our textbooks and it's also where I'll be giving my lecture from today.

Has anyone ever called you Neo before?
[Dray]
No, oddly enough. They have called me Mr. Anderson.

[Dray]
No, which is also weird.

THE REST OF THE CLASS TAKES OUT THEIR HOMEWORK AND PASSES IT FORWARD ON THEIR ROWS. DRAY TAKES OUT A NOTEBOOK AND DROPS HIS PEN ON THE FLOOR. DRAY'S PEN ROLLS OUT OF REACH FOR HIM AND A GIRL PICKS IT UP FOR HIM HANDING IT BACK TO HIM. DRAY MEETS EYES WITH THE GIRL AND IS INSTANTLY ATTRACTED TO HER.
