I grabbed my phone and keys before putting on my sunglasses. Zach and I have been together for almost a year, I love him so much but sometimes dating a popstar gets hard when you have to be careful all the time so nobody finds out.
His driver got out and opened the car door for me, I thanked him and got in. Zach smiled kissing my cheek.
"hi love"
"hey"
I said and kissed him, he held my hand as we chatted on the way to the restaurant.
"you look amazing"
"thank you, you're handsome"
we chuckled and kissed before we got there. He looked around outside the car to see if there were any paps.
"ok we're good"
he held my hand as we walked in a got shown our table. We enjoyed our time together catching up on everything we'd missed since we hadn't got to see each other in two weeks.
His phone rang a few times but he turned it off and ignored it.
"they can wait"
he said making me smile.
Zach and I met when I interviewed him when his album came out a while ago, we instantly hit it off and it progressed from there.
As we were eating and chatting I saw some girl taking a picture, trying to be discreet.
"you ok babe?"
"there's a girl over there taking pictures"
he looked over and saw her, he looked back looking annoyed
"i'm gonna go say something"
"Zach no"
"yes"
he got up and walked over.
Zach p.o.v.
As I walked over the girl noticed I was doing so, her eyes opened wide.
"omg Zach Herron! Can we take a picture?"
"hi can I ask you to delete that picture and not take more without my permission"
"oh-I-I'm sorry uh I didn't-sorry"
the people next to her, i'm assuming her parents caught on.
"ruby! why would you take pictures of strangers!? delete it now!"
the mom said strongly without causing a scene, she took her phone and deleted it.
"thank you"
I said and walked off. I went back to y/n who looked pretty anxious.
"hey it's ok, she deleted it"
she nodded
"you wanna leave and just hangout at home?"
"if that's okay"
"yes of course cmon let's go"
I payed the guy since it was my turn and I invited her and we left. We got in my car and my driver took us back to her place. She took her keys out and opened the door, we went inside and went into her room.
"sorry about tonight"
"what do you mean?"
I asked putting my arm around her waist
"making us have to leave"
"babe it's all good, I prefer being here in private with you anyways, I promise it's okay"
I said pulling her into me, I kissed her head rocking us lightly. We got changed and laid in her bed cuddling, watching netflix and making out. We got interrupted by my phone ringing, I groaned looking over. She put her arm around mine scratching it gently with her nails.
"answer it's fine"
I grabbed my phone seeing my manager calling.
"this better be important"
"I just wanted to see if you could make it to *random event*"
"No I can't, I told you I wasn't available that week, I also told you I was with my girlfriend tonight, you could've called me tomorrow"
"ok, sorry talk to you later"
"I won't answer until tomorrow lunch time so don't even try"
I was usually always very nice to my manager but he was pissing me off. I put my phone away and turned back to my amazing girlfriend.
"sorry"
"it's okay"
"why aren't you available that week?"
"oh yeah about that, so uhm you know our anniversary is coming up"
she smiled nodding
"so I booked a house in y/ht/n (hometown) and I wanted to invite you to spend a cosy isolated week there just us two"
"aw Zach that's so cute of course"
she said and kissed me before hugging me tight
"i'm sorry I can't give you what you give me"
"babe stop it, I love treating you and you're all I care about, not gifts or restaurants, I don't need that as long as I have you i'm happy"
we both smiled before sharing a sweet kiss and going to bed.
