Chapter 22 - Customization

Rune: Sorry to say this to the three of you but addressing you as "masters" was a strict order given to us by master lian.

Totem: So accept our apology or not, we will call you our masters.

Blizzard: Okay okay, I guess I can get used to it... No need to be bossy or anything.

Max: Well.. If it's lian's order then be it.

Shadow: Mhm.

Rune: Please come with us masters.

Totem: Please come with us masters.

Making their way inside the palace, lian greeted them with his signature smile.

Rune and totem rushing next to lian as they both saluted and stood next to him, their hands placed behind them.

Lian: Hello everyone! Hope you had a wonderful stay here in etherealia.

Blizzard blushed, his cheeks turning the same color as his face.

"So cute!" He thought.

Lian's eyes went to the empty space next to shadow.

Lian: Uhm... Where's zeus?

Max: Wait he isn't with you?

Lian: No... He's not, did he possibly leave?

Lian's eyes looked sad.

Blizzard: H-hey! It's okay! We can still help you!

When lian looked at blizzard a smile appeared when he saw the beastmen he was currently looking for.

Zeus: Sorry everyone, I just went to check on something, it's not really important so there's nothing you should worry about.

Shadow had a thought of zeus possibly lying but didn't bother to ask questions nor point it out, they have more important things to take care of.

Lian rushed in and hugged zeus, this startled the beastman, the sudden embrace given to him by the male flustered him.

Zeus: H-hey!

Lian: I thought you left! I'm so glad you didn't.

Zeus: Well I really can't leave this place... But still I wouldn't leave these three behind and hanging, especially you~

A smile was planted onto lian's place, blizzard was simply staring shocked not knowing why lian is so nice to him, a hint of jealousy can be seen to max, shadow didn't bother to show any emotion.

Blizzard: So... Shall we get going.

Lian: Ah! Oh... Right, of course.

Lian suddenly remembered, but he didn't stop in hugging the white-furred beastman.

Max was getting uncomfortable, placing a hand in lian's shoulder, he cleared his throat.

Max: Lian?

Lian: Oh!.... Sorry, I'm kind of losing my focus here aren't I?

Zeus then gently let go of the hug.

Lian cleared his throat.

Lian: We should start by investigating back on earth, realm gates are usually located there... But first...

Lian eyed the four beastmen from head to toe.

Blizzard: Is something the matter lian?

Lian: Actually there is... Your clothes.
