The Next Element

3rd Person's POV:

The uni-beast roared loudly as it started to run towards lian and tried to attack him with it's blade of an arm.

The monster swung it's blade right at lian, at just in the right time, the male dodged the incoming attack as he jumped over it and began to shoot it with his guns.

His bullets are not affecting the monster at all, they were all being deflected by it's thick and strong shell.

Lian then tried to attack it to it's weak spot in which was the stomach but even that was protected by an invisible barrier.

Before the bullets came in contact with the beast, it started to slowly crack and disintegrate.

Lian: Damn! This beast is too strong... Looks like they really pulled out their big guns this time.

He changed his weapons to his scythe and tried to use it against his enemy.

Propelling himself up towards the sky he spun himself around gripping the scythe tightly.

Lian: HI-YAAH!

He shouted loudly, when the scythe got in contact with the uni beast's body, it barely did any damage.

Lian: Gah!

Lian was sent a few inches away from the uni beast as he was bounced off away from it giving the two of them some distance.

Lian sighed heavily, swapping weapons too much will fully drain his power.

He deactivated his scythe now changing with his gauntlets.

He cracked his knuckles along with his neck.

Lian: Let's see if you can handle a million punch!

He jumped again and charged a powerful fist being engulfed with his etherealian powers and smashed the beast with it.

It only pushed the uni-beast far away from him but just like what his other weapons had dealt to it, it did almost nothing as well, the uni-beast was still intact.

Lian was getting mad now, deactivating his gauntlets as well, he breathed deeply.

Lian: I'm afraid I cannot play with you anymore.

The uni-beast roared loudly once more as it started to run towards lian, it's blade pulsing with a laser-like light.

With just one hit coming from this beast's weapon, it can fully slice a person's body into two, not even the most powerful and highest being can withstand this type of attack.

Lian rose his arm and snapped his fingers, his eyes began to emit a violet glow.

Lian: Rzoiyou!

A huge portal formed just in front of the uni beast as a huge body made out of pure and full darkness came out.

It's eyes were emitting a frightening red light, it's body was humongous compared to the beast.

It's arms were even more huge than the two towers combined.

The demon grabbed the uni beast's blade hand and ripped it off of it.

Lastly, grabbing it's whole body with it's hand, the demon dragged the beast down to it's territory where it will be tormented for as long as it exists.

The portal soon closed.

Lian on the other hand started to get dizzy but he managed to overcome it and proceeded to the next tower.

As he arrived there, the beastmen were nowhere to be found.

Lian: They must've proceeded to the high floors.
