Scrolling through my emails before school started back up I saw one from Sir Nighteye.
'Eraserhead, your student Y/n Midoriya, who appointed her therapist? I have some concerns which need addressing as soon as possible.
Sir Nighteye.''I wasn't even aware she had a therapist but I shall look into it and get back to you as soon as I know. Although, I must ask, what are your concerns?
Eraserhead.'Deciding I wouldn't probably get a response immediately, I went over to Midoriya's school profile. It listed a therapist, searching her name it came up with image results. Results that looked somewhat familiar.
Not being able to put my finger on it, I decided to leave it for now.
I would have gone to Principal Nezu, but I didn't know the reason of concern to be able to explain myself. As well, I knew becoming too involved when already having one on one training with her might look a certain way. Especially seen as the one on one training was extending beyond what I'd usually do where teaching is concerned.

Two weeks had gone since the hero studies and I was seeing improvement across the whole of 1-A, especially Midoriya.
Midoriya was stood in the air, maintaining her balance and had been for a while “Start to move.” She began walking slowly, but stayed up in the air. Soon enough she was at her normal walking pace “That's it, well done Midoriya. Just keep doing that and next session we'll try speeding it up a bit more.” She nodded.
The door to the gym opened and in came a woman, the woman I recognised as Midoriya's therapist. “Hi, sorry to interrupt, but am I okay to take Midoriya?” Looking to Midoriya you would have thought I erased her quirk with how she suddenly just stopped being in the air. However, she didn't move beyond that. Looking back to the woman I said “I don't like my time being messed around, come back tomorrow during school hours. The time in which your therapy sessions with my student are supposed to be carried out.”
I saw her smile drop and turn into a snear, revealing that her previous interaction was a facade.
“I am unavailable tomorrow. This is the only time in which I'm available. You do understand that these therapy sessions are important to Midoriya's mental health, right?” I hummed “Her mental health is of no importance if she dies by not being trained to face certain situations. Now, are you finished because I would very much like to continue training my student.”
The woman turned around and stormed out, I turned to Midoriya and asked “Did the school appoint her?” She still didn't move. Going over to her and standing in front of her, she looked as if she'd seen a ghost. Taking out my phone I went to my emails, scrolling through to try and find if Sir Nighteye had gotten back to me.
'Below, I have attached a video which will show you why I am concerned.
Sir Nighteye.'Clicking play on the video I saw the woman throw Midoriya across the room and whip her. Looking over to Midoriya, I put my phone away “Midoriya, why didn't you defend yourself?” She brought her attention to me, her whispering “Where did she go?”
“Midoriya how long have you been seeing her for?” After a moment of silence and Midoriya counted on her fingers “Today will be the fifth time.” I nodded.
“Why were you appointed her?” She was again silent for a while before saying “Because of the negative press after the sports festival... Principal Nezu-”
“So the school appointed her?” She nodded and I quickly set off to find Principal Nezu.
Entering his office without knocking, I got my phone out upon seeing him at his desk “Eraserhead, this is a surprise.” I just put my phone down in front of him with the video playing “That's the therapist the school appointed to Midoriya.” Nezu jumped out of his seat “Where is Midoriya now?”
“She was in the gym when I came to find you, why?”
“Ms Kobayashi never left the campus.” I quickly turned around, rushing down the halls. Hizashi stepped into the hall “Hey buddy, what's up?”
“Get Recovery Girl to gym gamma.” He didn't ask, just rushed away. Continuing on I met with Nemuri “Kayama, with me.”
“Oo, okay! Are we going on a little adventure?”
“No, one of my students might be in danger.” I noticed her glance towards me, her then half joking “Didn't realise you cared so much for your students. Quite alluring!” I glanced at her and she shut up, then asking “What sort of danger are they in at gym gamma?”
“Her therapist.” She looked at me confused before stating “You do realise therapist help people, right? I know you should have probably recieved therapy back in the day, or even now, but it's a good thing.”
“No, this woman doesn't want to help, she wants to put Midoriya down. She's been physically hurting her.”
We rushed inside gym gamma to see Midoriya laid on the floor. Rushing over, she was crying her eyes out. I crouched and put my hand on her shoulder “Midoriya, where did she go?” I didn't get a response so I looked to Nemuri “Kayama, stay with Midoriya. Yamada and Recovery Girl should be here soon. I'm going to go and find that woman, put a stop to all of this.” Nemuri nodded.
Rushing around campus, I didn't find anybody or anything to indicate she had been through certain areas. Going back to gym gamma, I saw Shuzenji and Nezu had arrived. Nezu talking to Kayama whilst Shuzenji tried to talk to Midoriya. I then heard Hizashi next to me “What happened?” Looking to him I noticed how he'd stayed by the door “Her therapist.”
Leaving it at that, I went over to Midoriya “Midoriya, are you okay?” I crouched in front of her. She just whispered “I'm sorry.” I shook my head “You have nothing to be sorry about, and I mean nothing. What that woman has been doing is wrong, but why didn't you tell anyone?” She wiped at her face and looked down “I didn't think anyone would believe me... She's a licensed therapist that Principal Nezu deemed safe to be in the building... What ruling would I have over that?”
“That it involved you... You are important Midoriya, you have meaning, and you have people that care about you.” I could tell she had conflicting emotions, emotions she didn't know how to express. Deciding that all she needed was to know she was safe, I wrapped my arms around her. “You're safe here and your wellbeing is our concern. So don't ever remain silent about something hurting you.” She began crying again and I just patted her back.
Once the Bakugo's had come to pick her up, Nezu spoke “I'll appoint a new therapist. If she didn't need it before, she does now.” I hummed and looked down at him “Can I ask to sit in on her sessions?” Nezu nodded “Yes, that might actually be a good idea... Chiyo weren't even able to get her to talk. She trusts you Aizawa.” I nodded.
Shuzenji smiled up at me “Whilst you may have only been training her because you saw potential, you've allowed that girl to see hope.” I nodded towards her. Nezu patted my leg “Good work Eraserhead.”
