My Problem Child ? Shota Aizawa X Reader

Y/Ns P.O.V

Entering the principals office, after being called up, I was met with not only Principal Nezu but Mitsuki and Masaru. Whilst I didn't understand why they were here, I knew I didn't have to worry.

Stepping inside Nezu spoke "Y/n, glad you could join us. Take a seat. We have much to discuss."

After taking my seat Nezu began "I don't know how aware you are considering your living arrangements but Mr Aizawa and All Might recently went around getting parental signatures to grant students permission to move into the dorms. Well, yours hit a little snag. It got signed, but officials didn't approve of the signatures."

I quirked a brow and asked "Signatures? But my father would have been unavailable, he works overseas." He nodded and smiled before looking to both Mitsuki and Masaru. Mitsuki put an arm around me, looking to her, she smiled "We signed your permission forms." I nodded slowly. Looking to Nezu he explained "These forms required signatures to ensure those that cared for students were on board, after all, those are the people that care most for the students safety and wellbeing. That role being for filled by both Mr and Mrs Bakugo as you live with them. However, they aren't your legal guardians and your mother is still very much alive with her being able to sign your brothers forms."

I nodded slowly, Masaru chuckled slightly and patted my shoulder lightly. Looking to him, he gave a warm smile "How would you like to legally be apart of our family?" I quickly looked to Mitsuki and she nodded with a big grin "Yep, it's what you're thinking! We're more than happy to adopt you, as long as you're happy."

Looking to Nezu I asked "Why didn't you just get my mother to sign it, why go through all of this?" Nezu smiled "That is a question for your homeroom teacher, he was the one to ask Mr and Mrs Bakugo to sign your forms." Nodding, I looked between Mitsuki and Masaru. Taking in a breath I asked "What about my father? I have no ill feelings towards him."

Masaru spoke calmly "You don't have to call us mum or dad, you can just see it as parental rights being given over to us. Something that will allow you to legally stay with us until your ready to go, not when someone else deems necessary." Mitsuki laughed as she joked "Yeah, as friendly as Inko is with us, if she took us to court she'd more than likely get you back and we could run the risk of getting thrown in jail for kidnapping."

I asked "How do we make it happen?"

INKOs P.O.V

Answering the door, I greeted a mouse-bear creature "Hello, can I help you?" He nodded.

"As long as you are Mrs Inko Midoriya, you can, yes." I nodded and he smiled "Great! I am Principal Nezu, from U.A. High. There is just a small matter that I wish to discuss with you." I nodded and stepped to the side "Of course, come in."

We got sat down and he began "I was made aware that you were informed about Y/n's permission forms being signed by someone that wasn't yourself, or your husband." I nodded and asked "Do you need me to sign a new copy of her permission forms?"

"Something like that." He brought a load of papers onto the table, sliding them over he said "Think of them as a sort of permission form."

Looking down at the papers I was stunned into silence at parental rights being discussed. Looking back to Nezu I asked "Is this a joke?" He shook his head, any trace of his previous smile vanishing "No, nothing of the sort. This is very serious Mrs Midoriya."

Pushing the papers back to him I said "I won't sign them." He let out a breath "I suppose it is true, you never give Y/n anything she wants. Along with anything she needs. You're not even providing her with a roof to live under, how disappointing. I doubt the law would be too happy to hear about that." I stood up, almost yelling at him "Are you blackmailing me?"

He looked right at me "No, I'm simply telling you what's in the best interest of yourself and your child. Unless you want to lose both children?"

Lowering myself into my seat I brought the papers towards me "She will regret this, she's just being selfish and difficult!" He hummed "I'm sure that's the case. There couldn't be any other explanation to why your signing your parental rights away at the mention of losing Izuku if not done. None at all." I stopped signing across the dotted line to look over at Nezu "What are you trying to say?"

He just flicked his eyes down to the papers, looking back down myself to finish signing. Sliding the papers over he got up and said "You looked through one child to only see the other and their needs. You disregarded Y/n, even when they only needed one thing. All they wanted was you to see them, and you couldn't even provide that."

Y/Ns P.O.V

We were all sat around the table eating breakfast, Masaru was going through the mail when he stopped on one letter. He showed it to Mitsuki who's face burst out into a massive smile. Katsuki snatched the letter "What are you smiling about, hag?" He looked across the page in confusion, before yelling once more "Parental rights and responsibilities? What the fuck is this about?"

Mitsuki snatched it off of him before holding it out to me "Why don't you read it Y/nn?" I carefully took the paper into my hands and read what was put.

All I could say was "She signed it... She actually gave up her parental rights."

Mitsuki rushed up and to my side, putting her arms around me before creating distance between us with her hands on my shoulders. Reaching one hand up, she wiped tears I didn't even realise I'd shed. "Hey, don't cry. She's not worth your tears."

Katsuki then scoffed as he aggressively took a bite out of his toast "It's the first and most decent thing that woman's done for you, so quit your crying idiot." Mitsuki slapped him around the head, the two then beginning a yelling match. Looking across at Masaru, he smiled.

Watching the odd family dynamic, I smiled.
